WHAT IS EMSCULPT NEO?

One 30-minute Emsculpt Neo treatment is the equivalent of doing 20,000 crunches and is the first and only non-invasive body shaping procedure that strengthens and tones muscles. The end result is more fat reduction and muscle growth. The treatment is suitable for men and women, and with no downtime or recovery time, patients can go about their normal routine directly following treatment.

How It Works

Emsculpt Neo works by emitting radiofrequency and HIFEM+ energies simultaneously with a single applicator, with the combination resulting in better results and optimising fat reduction than the individual therapies. The HIFEM+ energy stimulates supramaximal contractions in the underlying muscles, causing the body to adapt by strengthening existing muscle fibres and creating new muscles. Before inducing the contractions, the radiofrequency energy heats underlying tissue and triggers an apoptosis reaction, causing the destruction of fat cells, which the body disperses naturally. Unlike other cells in the body, when fat cells are destroyed, they do not regenerate, so the fat is gone for good.

What To Expect

Following a full consultation, a treatment pathway will be planned. Generally, a course of four 30-minute treatments, scheduled 5-10 days apart is recommended to reach optimum results.

Emsculpt Neo is simple and easy with no preparation required. The patient lies down while the applicators are applied over the treatment area for 30 minutes. During the treatment the patient may feel intense, but totally tolerable muscle contractions, along with a heating sensation, which is comparable to a hot stone massage.
