Leading homebuilder Bellway is working on developments
Aspen Walk in Eight Ash Green, and Hollytree Walk, on the edge of Colchester. Threebedroom houses currently on the market at these locations will be complete in the coming months. Meanwhile at Bellway’s Willow Park development in Halstead, a selection of fourbedroom detached houses are available to buy.
Bellway Essex Sales Manager, Emma Hawkins, says: “These three developments are proving to be incredibly popular with families, who love the semi-rural locations, the family-friendly layouts with lots of open space, and the spacious style of the three and four-bedroom property designs. The fact that all this is available within easy reach of the centre of Colchester makes these developments even more appealing to buyers.
“These homes are all from our Artisan Collection, which was designed based on feedback from our customers. So, these homes truly deliver exactly what today’s homebuyer wants. Open-plan spaces that are perfect for family life, for hosting visitors and for relaxing at home, are central to our designs.”
