A The wide frontage and secluded driveway set behind the electric gates. How private the house is, its corner position sitting behind high gates and mature hedges o er complete private living.

Q Inside, what further surprises are there?

A The indoor heated pool with glass wall looking into the spectacular sized kitchen family room, both these areas with black titanium bi-fold doors opening to the garden to enjoy inside outside time are fabulous.

Q Do you have a favourite room?

A I am sorry but I have two! The kitchen/ family room leading to the swimming pool is wonderful, however the master suite is an incredible space with its own lounge area dressing room, grand en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in wet room. This bedroom also has three sets of bi-folds which benefits from an abundance of light throughout and being able to take in the views of your own beautiful garden. Watching the sunsets that will come through those huge windows is a huge plus.

Q How would you sum up the interior design?

A It’s very tasteful and simple, which in turn will provide a blank canvas for any potential owner to get into.

Q What do you make of the entertaining space?

A It’s certainly a party house! Access to the garden from the family room/conservatory and swimming pool gives you lots of scope to have fun. If cooking for your guests is your thing then the kitchen will not disappoint. With two enormous reception rooms this house is made for entertaining

Q How much outside space is there?

A To the front there is an amazing driveway for at least five or six cars and to the rear garden there is a very spacious private garden with lots of space to entertain.
