COVID GUIDELINES Subject to State Guidelines

COVID GUIDELINES

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., looks forward to a safe in-person Boulé. While the laws in Philadelphia continue to evolve, we must remember that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over and therefore, we must continue to implement the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). According to the CDC, the risk of transmission is highest during close indoor activities and crowded events, and the use of vaccines and masks have proven to reduce the risk of transmission and illness. As a private entity, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is permitted to establish its own rules to ensure the safety of its constituents. Consistent with CDC guidance and the practice of other Greek-lettered organizations, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority will require proof of vaccination to participate in the Grand Boulé 2022. In addition, masks will be required for all indoor events. Mitigation activities that include hand washing and social distancing will be encouraged. This policy is designed to protect our members, affiliates, friends, vendors and special guests, and will help to ensure safety to the maximum extent possible notwithstanding changes in the laws of Philadelphia and venue policies. Requiring proof of vaccination and masks, and encouraging boosters helps us to balance our primary concern of safety with our contractual obligations and the financial wellbeing of the organization. Please note:

1. Boosters are recommended but not required to be “fully vaccinated” (unless you work in healthcare); and 2. Cloth masks are not acceptable - surgical and KN95 masks only. If you have general questions or concerns, please contact us at covid@zphibgrandboule.org. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you for your commitment to the sisterhood and your attention to these matters.

Reminder: You will not be allowed to attend the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. 2022 Boulé without uploading your proof of vaccination.
