Strategy 1.To improve the cultural atmosphere in Almere and connection to other region in order to create cultural and educational strip. 2. Transition area for the difference culture between new built and existing area . 3. Provide educational service for majority of people, not only students ,but adult. 4. The main major will refer to art and technology knowledge. 5. Tow ways connection: (1) organic connection to the existing city center. (2) connect to the livable connection. 6.
