Site Analysis

Kenilworth Park Location:Baton Rough . Louisiana . USA Instructor: Bruce Sharky The project is mostly surrounded by residential areas and a small amount of commercial areas. As there is a well-equipped community park next to the project, we hope to add some other functions in the design. After site analysis and research, starting from the farmers' market, we hope to design a comprehensive park with agricultural landscape, and then add rentable farmland and fixed farmers' market in the site, hoping to promote a healthier and ecological lifestyle.

This project is located in Baton Rough . Louisiana . USA. Most of the surrounding areas are residential and commercial areas. There is a weekend farmers' market inside the original site, which is very popular among surrounding residents. Therefore, taking the farmers' market as inspiration, the site is intended to be a park with arable farmland and farmers' market that can meet the needs of surrounding residents. LA 427

The park is mainly divided into three parts, the sports area, the leisure area, and the ecological area. The sports area is designed with many sports fields and indoor sports areas. The leisure area is mainly lawn, and the children's play area. There is a fitness trail and bike path along the stream, and many rest areas are designed along the way to provide timely rest areas. Meanwhile, the eco-zone also designs a farmland that can be rented to the surrounding residents to grow vegetables and sell them.
