AUTONOMOUS FLOATING HOUSE

Floating house on a system of polymer modular pontoons.

3D animation

The uniqueness of this project is that the structure of the house is based on a system of modular pontoons. The house is built around formation of rock. The formation of rock increases the reliability of the floating structure and creates a unique experience for the owners of this house.

The problem of changing the water level of the lake is solved by using adjustable pile guide. A special roller system allows the float ing structure of the house automatically follow the changes in the water level of the lake and provides reliable fixation in one

place.

Solar panels and geothermal heat pumps make the house com pletely independent from external communications.

Winter and summer garden will allow the owners of this house to grow vegetables all year round.

The use of materials that are safe for the environment will mini mize the negative impact on the environment.

THE ADAPTATION

PROJECT OF NATURAL ISLANDS ON THE MOSKVA RIVER

Project

:

Сonceptual design for the use of natural islands on the Moskva River. A floating ensemble is built around the islands with the possibility of mooring ships of various sizes. Islands transform into a unique recreational area.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF REHABILITATION CENTER FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Territory development and improvement project of rehabilitation center for persons with disabilities Krasnaya Pahra in Moscow, Troitsk city.

Comfortable organization for the relocation of people with disabilities was created on the territory:

- playgrounds for adapted sports;

- allocation, zoning and improvement of bicycle paths, equipment of ski tracks and routes for terrencourt, Nordic walking and velomobiles;

- Unique small architectural forms.

PROJECT OF THE CENTRAL PARK IN THE CITY OF ZHUKOVSKY

The park improvement project emphasizes the delicate relationship of the park’s image with the city’s profile as a center of aviation science.

Design solutions provide a deep update of the functional program of the territory in ac cordance with the Regional Park Standard of the Moscow Region. The park zone has a predominantly perimeter location, due to the further transition of the zone to the for est park.

The architectural concept of the park in Zhukovsky was approved by the Council of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Moscow Region.

LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Investment project of a modern low-rise business class residential complex. Its unique architecture is dominated by glass and concrete.

The residential complex covers an area of about 9 hectares. The perimeter is surrounded by dense forest. The territory of the residential complex provides all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life. Also, a project for the improvement of the territory has been developed, which provides for the construction of an outdoor pool for year-round operation.

The final image was influenced by the decision to place on the territory a large number of modern objects, technological and futuristic in their visual performance.
