Each edition will feature two or three key updates, keeping it short but full of important and exciting news.
We know many of you love seeing photos, so we’ll keep including beautiful images from the estate for you to share with family, friends, and colleagues.

Our spectacular 18-hole Ernie Els Signature Golf Course will be ready to welcome residents, their family, friends, and colleagues in mid 2025.
This excellent course, featuring superior bent grass greens, will offer a truly unique golfing experience and after a fun but challenging day on the course, players will be able to look forward to some friendly banter at The Big Easy Pub & Grill.
The Big Easy Clubhouse has broken ground in Phase 2 overlooking the 9th, 10th, 14th & 15th holes.
The world-renowned Big Easy Pub & Grill will serve a variety of your favourites, including Ernie Els’ signature wine collection.
The Clubhouse will comprise:
• Male & Female Locker rooms
• Lounge Bar & Dining area
• Pizza Oven
• Gym Area
• Family style swimming pool & kiddie’s jungle gym
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Please note that short-term rentals are currently allowed only at the Boulevard and Ocean Club.
ZLRMA has approved over 40 Sales and Rental Agents who are registered with the Estate Agent’s Board and have also passed the estate’s internal exam.
This ensures that all our owners are in professional and knowledgeable hands.
They make life easier for Members who either don’t want to deal with the complexities of the rental process or simply don’t have the time. All guest bookings are made via online websites, agencies, or directly with a Member.
As with all similar estates, controlling access is critically important. We also need to ensure units are utilised in accordance with by-law requirements and not over-crowded.
Therefore, all short-term rental arrivals must first check in at the STL Office across the road from the Boulevard. Here, bookings and IDs are verified and the Association’s Conduct Rules and POPI Act requirements are acknowledged. After this, we will issue the Guest a QR Access Code via WhatsApp which is valid for the duration of their stay.
This process is audited daily and anyone found not to have vacated in the allotted time will be contacted.
ZLRMA’s STL Booking/Arrivals Document needs to be properly completed in full and received within the required time (between 8am and 8pm) in order to ensure a smooth guest check-in experience.
This department does not operate 24/7 like a hotel. However, the recently adjusted and extended hours for submissions, based on the last six months’ records, will suffice.
