It’s important to take your measurments and look at the pattern to make sure you get enough fabric.

You’ll want to skip this step and just get started. You should not do this. Prewashing your fabric will make sure it doesn’t shrink after you sew.
While the fabric is being washed, it’s time for step 7! 9

This seems like a lot, but don’t worry. It’ll make sense as you go. This is the fun part! Now you get to start sewing!

It is so important you pay attention to this so your clothes will fit right. * Press all your seams flat with an iron. This is what will make your project look really pro. * Trim all your threads as you go so you won’t have to do it all at the end. If you don’t, you’ll be mad at yourself for it. * If you start getting frustrated take a break! If you try to push through your frustration, you’ll end up making more mistakes. Just pause for a while and come back later when you’re feeling fresh!
