WHAT IS HAPPENING
4
League City is exposed to many hazards and is highly vulnerable to flood events and other issues caused by sea level rise. The design objective is to protect the newly designed community from flood events and the eventual impacts of sea level rise. This design both develops and incorporates a series of adaptable flood attenuation mechanisms (comprised of both structural and non-structural), called the Climate Change Armor Toolkit.
