The ZSPM4023 is a wide input voltage, energy-efficient IC that provides up to 12A of output current in a small, highly integrated package: • High efficiency at all output load conditions • Wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, enabling multiple application options • High level of integration, improving design cycle time, bill-of-materials cost and footprint • Low overall current consumption • High input/output voltage ratio allows conversion from high VIN to low VOUT (e.g., VIN=28V, VOUT=0.8V) • Wide operating temperature range: -40ºC to 125ºC
