Every season is bikini season Lucky for us the 2Chillies Design Team gets to call the sunny Gold Coast home which tends to come in handy when you’re the bikini equivalents to Imelda Marcos. Bikinis are like spare keys to us, we keep a pair in the car several pairs at work and even give a set to our friends for swimwear emergencies. While we gladly admit to being die hard bikini addicts, we believe that even those without our mindset can appreciate the need for a fabulous bikini all year round and with our latest collection no one has an excuse for being busted sneaking a dip in their unmentionables! This season we’ve been inspired by all things fun and flirty, channelling our inner 50’s poolside chic and taking her on vacation to an island in the sun. BIKINI CARE So you bought one of our hot new bikinis, and now you are trying to figure out how to care for it? All it takes is a little time and attention to detail, and your swimsuit will stay looking brand new for longer. Following our care guidelines will help keep your new bikini looking fresh, but here are a few other tips. Generally speaking, cooler water helps to preserve vibrant hues and helps to eliminate any bleeding or running of colors, too. How it is dried is a big part of bikini care, too. Air drying in the shade helps to cut down on the one thing worse than faded colors – an ill fitting bikini. Taking excellent care of your bikinis will mean you can get lots of fashionable use out of them. Each one you buy is an investment in your wardrobe so make sure you take the time to care for it.
