` I would follow the principles learnt from the production courses, a feeling that I have not fully explored the aspect of Exhibition design. Working with some of the film students in my batch in an effort to better understand the set or set design and also directing , as I would be working with: 1) How I represent the space in different ways to support the stories while also looking at the challenges and the authenticity, realism and creative explorations. 2) Also to be looking at the added challenge of managing and making the best use of my limited sources. 3) Choosing the best and suitable locations for the film, according to the feel and mood of the shots. Character background. 4)Writing an original story (a three act structure) drafting a script, making a storyboard and creating plots for production value. 5) Using different types of lighting to exaggerate the mood of the scene. 6) surrealism use of different materials for the production. 7) Choice of actors and explorations in terms of casting 8) Exploring different Editing techniques and video, using different software’s 9) Music & sound.
To visually show this “trip he goes through, I shot a surreal sequence using plaster of paris as the junkies second skin. He goes through a process of breaking through this hard exterior, which may stand as a metaphor for his state of mind. I cannot actually give a direct interpretation for this shot, as it would stand in the way of how different audiences may see it, but by combining the way the type of music plays with the edit, the contrast of the white POP and the junkies dark skin, and the painful gestures he shows, a visual discomfort can be felt.

AVI, COP, junkie and FREDDI are all central characters of the story. Avi is a supplier to a major drug dealer. He supplies Methamphetamine. A junkie has run out of options. He is heavily into situations and drugs he can possibly find and the audience sees that he is desperate to score big time. The cop is aware of Avi’s ‘wrongdoings’ and is threatening Avi that he will report him to his higher authorities. Avi knows the owner of a large medical store. The medical store has a seemingly endless supply of out-of-date cough syrup and cold medicine, which Avi then makes into meth. The storeowner and Avi are good friends helping each other out from a long time. • Avi has collected a large sum of money stacked up with his friend and is quickly tiring of supplying drugs. (random) freddi runs into the store to pick up condoms. He is intoxicated. A girl is with him in his car as he pulls brashly out of the parking-lot. The cop finally confronts Avi and shows him the pictures he has. In a fit of panic, Avi kills the cop. He disposes the weapon near a darkly-lit creek. Being of calm composure, he decides to return to the drug store and tell his friend what he has done. The junkie has been sitting by the riverfront, contemplating out of desperation how to score next. He is contemplating suicide. The gun lands beside him. With a wild fit he decides to pocket the gun. The owner and Avi discuss that it is best for Avi to flee the country. The owner tells him he has contacts, that the cop is a low-level employee and will be easy to take care of. Perhaps he is overshooting the mark, and the audience does not know if this will be a legitimate way of getting out of the situation. A stream of gunshots are heard. Avi wheels out of the warehouse only to be confronted himself as he is shot dead. The owner cowers behind the door, unable to find the resolve to step out, he is scared. The junkie searches Avis bag and seems to have hit the jackpot. He finds a large stock of meth and rolls of bills. He dashes out of the store with the bag. He starts running on the road. The freddi pulls out of the parking lot, and unable to control the careening car crashes into a figure. He steps out of the car only to reveal that the junkie is lying on the floor, blood everywhere, bag of meth and money strewn across the tarmac road
For the shot where the Junkie is on his bike, the shot was taken by attaching a rig to the motorbike, which could hold a camera. Although some shakiness occurred, the shot was successful. The shot was not conventionally safe so the frame was a bit tilted to an obscure angles.
use of determining the layout of the laboratory. I had planned five types of a layout for the lab and had debated about how the look was for it, some were a little more commercial and some looked deliberate, so finally the 5th one was suited for the job and I decided to ahead with it.
