WEEKLY TECHNICAL REPORT 30 MAY TO 3 JUN 16
NIFTY 50 8156.65 (406.95) (5.25%) This week markets open with a positive note. Nifty future opened above the 7780 level but before the closing it came down and closed below the level 7750 at 7744.85 on Monday. On Tuesday, Market was opened with negative mode and also in negative trend, but it does not close below 7715, which was a major support level, that was the reason for reversal of trend in nifty. On Wednesday, the indices closing 2.5 % higher on the back of better than expected earnings and positive global cues. Markets continue to remain strong with banks displaying a spectacular rally. Global cues are definitely supporting and on top of that Skymet came out with the market commentary and raised its monsoon forecast, which is adding to the positive sentiment. The Nifty closed with a gain of 186 points at 7935, Nifty settled above its key 7900 mark. On Thursday, F&O Expiry day and market had seen huge volatility. Technically, Indian Stock Market had entered into positive zone. Nifty has seen some strong resistance near 81008150 levels. If break this level we might see the level around 8200-8250. On Friday, Nifty continues the follow buying trend, and Nifty made a high at 8164.20, and broke the level of 8150 close at 8156.65. The Nifty50 opened the week at 7813.95, made a high of 8164.20 low of 7715.80 and closed the week at 8156.65. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a gaining of 406.95 points or 5.25%.

 The 20 days EMA are placed at 7867.88  The 5 days EMA are placed at 7990.3 www.zoidresearch.com
Future Outlook: The Nifty daily chart is bullish; we advised to buy Nifty future around 8150 target 8200-8250. The Nifty future selling pressure below 7715 and down target will be 7600. Nifty upside weekly Resistance is 8200-8300 level. On the downside strong support at 7850-7550 ZOID RESEARCH TEAM
