NIFTY 50 8697.60 (86.45) (1.00%) This week markets open with a bullish note. Nifty ended the day at 8738.10 up by 127 points against the Friday’s closed. On Tuesday, The markets reacted positively at the closing hours. The Reserve bank of India announced its decision of slashing repo rates by 25 basis points. The central bank has reduced the key lending rate to 6.25 % from the earlier 6.50 %. The nifty closed with a gain of 31 points at 8769. On Wednesday, The market erased its gains initial gains and was trading marginally lower due to weak Asian cues. The Nifty was a take critical level of 8800 resistance. The Nifty closed with a loss of 25 points at 8743. On Thursday, Market was consolidated. the Nifty closed below its critical psychological level of 8750. The Nifty closed with a loss of 34 points at 8710. On Friday, Market was range-bound session 45 points lower and the Nifty settled below the crucial 8700 level. The NSE Nifty closed with a loss of 12 points at 8698. The Nifty50 (spot) opened the week at 8666.15, made a high of 8806.95 low of 8635.00 and closed the week at 8697.60.
