Skarpenord’s highly skilled service engineers have long experience with our products and hydraulic systems.

We offer a total service concept which may include on-board survey, technical evaluation, documentation upgrade and customized service as well as standard overhaul. We are committed to flexible and efficient service solutions and ready to serve. We may also offer individual service agreements based on regular follow-up, spare part supply, service and rehabilitation of the system.

QUALITY ASSURANCE Skarpenord’s products, services and production are assured through an extensive Quality Assurance System. The QA-system is approved by DNV-GL to comply with ISO 9001: 2015.

TYPE APPROVAL The actuators are type approved by DNV-GL as standard, others upon request.

SPARE PARTS Skarpenord recommends you to buy spare parts directly, to assure correct quality, dimensions and materials. We have spare parts in stock at all time. Our online technical support services will give your staff the best professional support/ knowledge via e-mail or phone calls which is crucial to your business’ daily operation.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT – WORLDWIDE A staff of well qualified service engineers, also with safety course required for offshore, will at short notice be able to perform necessary maintenance and service; on board , onshore or offshore worldwide.

Our experienced service engineers or Skarpenord’s appointed and autorized service engineers are able to supervise and approve installations of own systems. Commissioning and start-up of the system shall as a rule be performed by our service engineers or other autorized service engineers. Skarpenord may offer education and training for customer’s service personnel to be approved working on Skarpenord equipment.

UPGRADE AND RETROFIT With our knowledge, experience and latest technology we bring new life in your older existing equipment. The most cost-effective and reliable solutions have been used on many upgrades and retrofit projects worldwide.Our engineers can do survey on vessels and recommend the best tailor-made systems, just to fit your requests.
