• Means-tested for Publicly-funded Programmes Full-time • For students taking up exclusively UGC-funded or publiclyfunded full-time programmes.

Non-Means-Tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT)

• Non means-tested for Publicly-funded Programmes Full-time • For students pursuing programmes covered under the Tertiary

Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP)

• Means-tested for Self-financing Programmes Full-time • For students taking up full-time, locally-accredited, selffinancing post-secondary education programmes.

Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (NLSPS)

• Non-means-tested for Self-financing Programmes Full-time • For students pursuing programmes covered under Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP).

Extended Non-Means-Tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)

• Non means-tested for Self-financing Programmes Full-time /

Part-time • For students pursuing specific post-secondary / continuing and professional education courses provided in Hong Kong

Student Travel Subsidy for Tertiary or Post-Secondary Students

• Means-tested for Full-time • For successful applicants of TSFS and FASP, attend full-time day courses up to first degree level and reside beyond 10 minutes walking distance from student’s normal place of study and travel to school by public transportation.

Community Care Fund Assistance Programmes

• Means-tested for Full-time • Providing hostel subsidy for needy undergraduate students • Increasing the academic expenses grant under the Financial

Assistance Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (FASP) • Enhancing the academic expenses grant for students with special educational needs and financial needs pursuing postsecondary programmes
