Corporate Housing Factory does exactly what its name suggests, supplying apartments for families and corporate employees all around the world. The company has several properties where you can stay for a maximum of six months. Do you need an apartment for longer than six months? Then Corporate Housing Living – their new label - will look for a long-stay apartment for you.

Nayton Craig and Marijke van der Neut, who head the sales team together, have seen a significant shift in demand for accommodation lately. “There is much more demand for bespoke service”, says Nayton. Catering to clients has always come first at Corporate Housing Factory, but this new trend goes beyond that. “It is about offering more flexibility.” Corporate Housing Factory set out to do just that. Before, employers could only book short-stay apartments under a standard agreement, with fixed check-in and checkout dates and everything arranged in no time. Now, the options are more extensive. “All the recent developments have made it increasingly difficult for employers to plan long-term”, Nayton notes, “with countries suddenly going in lockdown, delays in visa applications and so forth. Our mission is to make things as easy as possible for clients.”

Comfort Mission accomplished. Corporate Housing Factory amended its terms and conditions and now offers additional services. From a desk for teleworking in case employees have to quarantine, to a virtual check-in facility – they’ve thought of everything to maximize comfort. “It is so important to get a warm welcome on arriving in a foreign country”, Marijke points out. They make every effort to create that feeling of warmth for the duration of a guest’s stay. Some even feel so at home that the company has been flooded with rrequests from clients if they may prolong their stay. This rekindled the idea for Corporate Housing Living. “The long-stay housing option is becoming increasingly essential, and our Living service responds to that. With our property sector connections on the one hand, and our clients who need a place to stay on the other, we are the perfect party.”

Using this tool, companies can access an overview of all their reservations and invoices. “Their accounting departments won’t need to bother any longer with spreadsheets tracking who is where, for how long and at what expense.”
