PROTEIN OATMEAL TROPICAL BAKED
Makes 4 Servings
1 serving of Mango Zeal

2 scoops Vanilla Crème
Protein Powder
1 cup quick cook organic oats
1 1/2 cups coconut milk or your favorite nondairy milk, unsweetened
1 whole banana
Instructions
½ cup frozen or fresh chopped mango
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Dash of sea salt
Optional:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Nonstick cooking spray
1. Preheat the oven to 375f. lightly spray a 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” ceramic baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In your baking dish, mash banana with the back of a fork. Add the coconut milk and whisk in Zurvita Vanilla Crème Protein powder and Zeal until fully dissolved.
3. Add pinch of sea salt, mango, coconut and optional chia seeds over the top. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and brown and the oatmeal has set. Add more coconut milk to the top if you like your oatmeal more moist. Enjoy it warm.
*FOR OVERNIGHT OATS, FOLLOW SAME INSTRUCTIONS BUT ALLOW TO SET UP IN A GLASS JAR OVERNIGHT IN THE FRIDGE. DO NOT COOK.
