Pre-Preg Carbon / Polyamide Fiber hybrid Shell The Carbon Fiber Hybrid shell is our most advanced carbon fiber composite shell. Each shell is hand made in an advanced multi-direction lay-up, ensuring optimized impact and penetration performance for speed events. A high pressure molding process makes sure the shell has minimum voids.

Thermoplastic laminated carbon fiber (TLC) Shell The Thermoplastic laminated carbonfiber shell combines the elasticity of injection-molded thermoplastic with the rigidity and strength of carbon fiber. It enables us to very effectively tune the shell for different properties in different areas for optimized performance.

Carbon fiber Reinforced Polymer Shell Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Shell (CRP) provides an incredible strength to weight ratio, rigidity and impact performance. By carefully laminating fibers with different properties and directions, weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re able to create a superlight, optimized helmet shell. An invention from the cold war put to good use.

Variable elasticity Advanced Hybrid Shell The unique lightweight Advanced Hybrid shell construction is a combination of an in-mold helmet and a hard shell helmet. The hard shells reinforce the circumference of the helmet helping to transfer the load of impacts in critical areas, while the in-molded areas ensures elasticity is kept where needed.

ABS Race Shell Our variable elasticity injection molded ABS Race Shell is extremely impact resistant through its special rubber toughened construction. The shell is molded with extreme precision in to offer the best performance to weight ratio.

Impact Absorption Technologies

Impact Shields Helmets with Impact Shields feature a molded shock absorbing EPS liner with Impact Shield inserts that provide unsurpassed performance for shock absorbance. This is our premium impact protection technology. It distributes impact from the inside of the helmet over larger areas in crucial zones where the head needs it (front and back).

Intergrated Impact Shields This is our impact protection technology integrated in the EPS core of a helmet. Through a strategic placement of volumes and ribs in curved shapes, it creates an optimized impact geometry, distributing the impacts over a larger surface area.

Gate Shields EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) with polycarbonate shells in-molded into the main EPS liner to protect the shock absorbing structure of the helmet from gate impacts. The Gate Shields are placed both in the front and the back of the helmet, as the gates tend to bend after an impact in the front, and hit the helmet in the back as well.

Dual density EPS The helmet is constructed with the EPS molded in two different densities in order to optimize the impact performance according to area of use.

Multi-directional Impact Protection System MIPS The MIPS Brain Protection System helmet-integrated low-friction layer is designed to reduce rotational motion transferred to the brain from angled impacts to the head.
