The Amphibio profile is a unique, revolutionary innovation, combining both rocker and camber profiles. The secret lies in the left and right ski construction, with each ski featuring a cambered inside edge assuring edge grip and stability, and a rockered outside edge for easier turning.
This unique Elan formula combining Parabolic sidecut and Early Rise Rocker allows turn initiation at a very low edge angle. Throughout the turn, the frontside stabilizer absorbs chatter to enhance edge hold and control. This provides smooth turns, making it easy to carve and offering stability in any conditions. The result is performance that excels anywhere on the mountain.
Provides effortless turns thanks to moderate rocker in the tip and tail, which results in a shorter effective length of the ski’s edge.
A conventional profile has edge contact from tip to tail and provides grip, stability, and power transmission over the full length of the ski.

The Fusion System is the world’s first trully integrated ski binding system, paving the way for faster turn initiation, smoother flex and easier turning and enhanced edge-to-edge responsiveness.
The Shift System is built with a lean profile comprised of lightweight materials, and designed to offer optimized performance. The foundation of the Shift System is a plate-in-plate free flex design that allows the ski to bend along its length. Additionally, Vibration absorbers dampen chatter between the ski and the plate, improving the connection between the skier’s feet. A wide ABS platform creates optimal Power Transfer further increasing precision and edge hold.
The PowerShift system is a fully integrated ski binding with free flex plate-in-plate design. Unique PowerEdge Lifters provide direct power transmission from the binding to the edge, ensuring quick turn initiation and enhanced response throughout the turn. Direct power transmission and optimal torsional stability; The Response Frame Woodcore is a unique tip-totail laminated wood core that is a combination of a hardwood frame around a softer wood center. This provides extreme strength in the ski and allows adjustment of flex pattern for different uses for various snow conditions.
This tip-to-tail Laminated Woodcore is specially shaped for each model and size. Using different wood types in various combinations allows for the adjustment of the flex pattern for different types of performance. This extremely responsive and highly durable wood core transmits power directly to the edges and excels on various slope conditions.
To create the TubeLite Woodcore, two super lightweight Carbon tubes are inserted into a lightweight laminated wood core. Measuring 5mm in diameter and hollow in their construction, these tubes run the length of the ski following the arc of the side cut. They provide torsional stability and powerful rebound while allowing for material reduction of the core. The result is incredible lightweight response and stability.
The Power Wood Core features a power-frame composed of poplar that is vertically connected to laminates, a structure that provides increased torsional stability and responsiveness. This composite construction delivers enhanced edge hold in the tip and tail areas and a uniform flex throughout the length of the ski.
Dual Woodcore features two symmetrical wooden stringers placed on the outer edges of the ski core. This construction improves power transmission and edge hold while keeping ski easy to handle in various snow conditions.
The Comprex Woodcore consists of a lightweight compressed wood core in the middle section that provides enhanced edge-to-edge responsiveness and effortless carving.

Skis with a Left & Right construction where the inner edge is longer and the outer edge is shorter bring the first 2 dimensions. The inner Camber profile provides response and prevents loosing control while the outer Rocker profile makes turns effortless and smooth.

Dual shaped Titanium creates two completely new dimensions in the ski – Front & Back. The front and rear sections of the ski are designed differently, and each section has its own function for improving control. The convex front helps with a more precise turn entry by providing strong edge pressure, while the concave rear guarantees a super easy exit from the turn. These skis don’t hold an unwanted line and instead allow you to release your turn whenever you want.

LEFT & RIGHT CONSTRUCTION Anatomically, the paired structures of the body are asymmetrical. In every single person, the inside and outside of their feet are different, and the way we load our feet to transmit energy is different depending on what part we are using. We studied an INSIDE ≠ OUTSIDE analysis of force distribution during skiing which revealed that forces are unevenly distributed between the inside and outside sections of the skis. These forces follow specific lines longitudinally and from inside to outside. Because of this, to provide maximum performance requires different constructions on the inside and outside sections of the ski. This exclusive solution provides a dramatic improvement to on-snow performance.

Amphibio 4D technology is completely new thanks to the ability to use shaped Titanium. We combine a Response Frame Woodcore and Dual Shaped Titanium with the Amphibio® Profile, providing unrivaled all mountain versatility and precision on the edge.
Amphibio® is the benchmark of Elan’s left & right construction. The first 4D technology that combines a rockered outside section of the ski for easy turning, and a camber inside section for edge grip, with a convex front section, for precise entrance into turns, and a concave tail for a quick exit. The result is left and right skis that provide exciting on-slope performance and versatility on varied terrain.
DUAL SHAPED TI Dual Shaped Titanium increases torsional stability and reduces vibration by 30% at the beginning of the turn, where it matters the most. This makes these skis more stable and more precise all the way through each turn. Dual Shaped Titanium also enables to create a thinner construction, which reduces the weight of the ski by 10%.
The Fusion System is the world’s first truly integrated ski binding system, paving the way for faster turn initiation, smoother flex and easier turning and enhanced edge-to-edge responsiveness.

U-FLEX SKI BOOT Following the concept that improved flexibility improves the ease of learning, the U-Flex technology has also been developed for ski boots. Now we can offer the market a complete package of skis + ski boots that facilitate this objective. The new boot flexes according to the anatomy of the foot, further enhancing the natural flexibility of the ski for simple learning.

The Elan U-Flex ski boot allows the boot to flex in a way that enhances the natural movement of the kids toes and follows easily the ski flex also because of the front sole movement.
Kid’s feet stay warm and comfortable thanks to the ability to flex the ski boot and to move their toes inside combined with the high quality of the materials used for the liners.
With the volume control plate one ski ski boot size covers 3 foot sizes. Each ski boot is provided with an inside plate that modifies the inside volume and ski boot size depends on which side it is placed.

This unique ski utilizes TNT technology, which combines a TubeLite Woodcore with VaporTip inserts. A Tongue Pull Strap is directly fixed to the upper tongue. When the strap is pulled, the tongue releases the lacing giving your foot free entrance or exit to the boot.

1 Y-CLIP The Y-clip brings the front and back straps together and fixes them comfortably above the ear pad. Fine adjustment is childâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s play and fast as lightning.
5 STANDARD CE EN 1077 The CE test in compliance with the EN 1077 standard represents the toughest testing conditions for ski helmets at this time. Among other things, shock absorption, penetration by a pointed object (simulating the tip of a ski pole), the belt system and field of view are tested. All Elan ski helmets meet the requirements of the current CE EN 1077 European Standard.

2 CONTROLLED AIRSTREAM The air flow is regulated by opening and closing air vents on the helmet by means of a valve. These are used intuitively, even with ski gloves on.
6 3D-FIT SYSTEM The 3D-fit system is a further development of the time-tested ergonomic system. The retaining bracket at the back of the head, which provides perfect comfort, can be adjusted with micro precision and enables perfect adaptation to the skierâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s head.
3 ERGONOMIC STRAP CLOSURE All Elan helmets are equipped with the ergonomically shaped ergonomic trap closure. The anti-twist catch cannot open in case of fall, thus offering optimal safety.
7 INMOLD TECHNOLOGY In-mold technology is the name of a process whereby the inner shell of the helmet is formed by means of foam applied under high pressure and great heat beneath the outer shell. The firm bond creates an extremely stable helmet structure while at the same time saving on weight. Especially under mechanical forces, e.g. during a fall onto a pointed object, an in-mold helmet provides better protection than one that has only been glued in certain places.
4 REMOVABLE INTERIOR Anyone who skis also perspires; especially on their head. Therefore, in Elan helmets with removable interiors, the inner lining can be removed quickly, washed by hand in lukewarm soapy water, left to dry and then simply inserted again.
8 REMOVABLE EARPADS On Elan ski helmets with removable earpads, the two earpads can be removed in seconds. In warm, sunny weather or when skiing in spring, the wearer has a new, free skiing experience without the protective function being impaired. And if it gets colder, the pads are simply reattached to the helmet by means of a snap lock or press stud.

Powerspine is characterized by a special construction that enhances the distribution of forces from the feet to the ski. Elan’s TNT technology is a unique and innovative combination of TubeLite Woodcore, tip-to-tail carbon tubes, VaporTip inserts, and advanced composites that are integrated into the tip of the ski’s woodcore.
Patented SlimShape Technology dramatically reduces weight, ensuring that Elan skis are the lightest in the world. GruvLite is a linear weight reduction technology that is applied to a traditional wood core. By reducing the core’s material volume through this innovative technique we are able to reduce weight without sacrificing stability, edge grip, flotation or any other performance element.
DuraLite technology reduces weight in the tip and tail and enhances response, pop, and maneuverability while doing tricks. DynaFlex features an aluminum spring embedded in the core. Direct power transmission and optimal torsional stability; The Response Frame Woodcore is a unique tip-totail laminated wood core that is a combination of a hardwood frame around a softer wood center. This provides extreme strength in the ski and allows adjustment of flex pattern for different uses for various snow conditions.
This tip-to-tail Laminated Woodcore is specially shaped for each model and size. Using different wood types in various combinations allows for the adjustment of the flex pattern for different types of performance. This extremely responsive and highly durable wood core transmits power directly to the edges and excels on various slope conditions.
To create the TubeLite Woodcore, two super lightweight Carbon tubes are inserted into a lightweight laminated wood core. Measuring 5mm in diameter and hollow in their construction, these tubes run the length of the ski following the arc of the side cut. They provide torsional stability and powerful rebound while allowing for material reduction of the core. The result is incredible lightweight response and stability.
The Power Wood Core features a power-frame composed of poplar that is vertically connected to laminates, a structure that provides increased torsional stability and responsiveness. This composite construction delivers enhanced edge hold in the tip and tail areas and a uniform flex throughout the length of the ski.
Dual Woodcore features two symmetrical wooden stringers placed on the outer edges of the ski core. This construction improves power transmission and edge hold while keeping ski easy to handle in various snow conditions.
The Comprex Woodcore consists of a lightweight compressed wood core in the middle section that provides enhanced edge-to-edge responsiveness and effortless carving.
