1924 fertigt Anton Kästle in seiner Hohenemser Wagnereiwerkstätte sein erstes Paar Ski und startet damit eine einzigartige Erfolgsgeschichte. Toni Sailer, Pirmin Zurbriggen, Tom Stiansen und weitere Meister ihres Fachs fahren auf Kästle Ski in Summe 133 Medaillen bei Olympischen Spielen und Weltmeisterschaften ein. Kästle wird zur Kultmarke – ehe sie 1998 überraschend vom Markt verschwindet.

2007 feiert die Marke ein fulminantes Comeback und setzt gleich den Maßstab für eine ganze Branche: Kästle bringt Konstruktionstechnologien aus dem Rennlauf in den Allmountain-Bereich und entwickeln das revolutionäre HOLLOWTECH.

Kästle hat in der Branche eine beeindruckende Benchmark gesetzt – und setzt sie Jahr für Jahr aufs Neue. 2019 kehrte Kästle in den alpinen Ski-Weltcup zurück und auch bei der nordischen Weltmeisterschaft waren Athleten mit Kästle Ski im Skilanglauf und Skisprung vertreten. In den Produktionsstandorten am Headquarter in Hohenems, Österreich, sowie im Langlauf-Mekka Nové Město na Moravě in Tschechien setzt Kästle visionäre Ideen in innovative Produkte um. In 1924, Anton Kästle built his first pair of skis at his wainwright workshop in Hohenems, Austria, and in so doing, started off a unique success story. Over the following decades, Toni Sailer, Pirmin Zurbriggen, Tom Stiansen and countless other skiing legends would represent Kästle, in total winning 133 Olympic and World Championship medals and creating a worldwide following along the way… until, in 1998, Kästle suddenly vanished from the market.

In 2007, the brand was back on track and again setting standards for the whole industry: taking construction technologies from ski racing, applying them to allmountain skis and developing the revolutionary HOLLOWTECH technology.

The company’s tendency to set new benchmarks continues with an impressive comeback onto the Alpine World Cup in 2019, and representation in the crosscountry and ski jumping disciplines at the Nordic World Championships. Its visionary ideas are transformed into innovative new products both at its headquarters in Hohenems, Austria, and at the hub of cross-country skiing, Nové Město na Moravě, in the Czech Republic.
