TIP/TAIL ROCKER

Used on the top model Shima. A traditional manufacturing method that provides the best strength and torsional stiffness. This construction also gives the best grip and edge hold. Rubber is used in the construction to dampen vibrations and give you the smoothest ride.

Rocker makes initiating turns far easier in all conditions from piste to crud to tight trees. It also helps you to float in the powder so you can say goodbye to leg burn.

ACTIVE TIP ROCKER The Active Tip Rocker on the Dreamcatcher 75 & 85 provides excellent edge response when the ski is unweighted, combined with a slightly rockered tip when in deep snow to improve float.

The construction that gives you the most bang for your buck. A one-piece molded cap provides direct energy transfer from the binding to the edges of the skis, and provides a strong yet lightweight frame for the core materials. TRADITIONAL CAMBER

Camber gives your ski energy, so when arcing turns on snow the ski will bounce back to meet you. The weight of your body is also distributed along the length of the ski which assists with edge hold in all conditions.

SINTERED IS7200

Blending two radii together, a smaller radius at the front of the ski with a larger radius in the back, this creates a ski that turns quickly but is stable when hitting higher speeds in bigger turns.

Poplar is a medium-weight, damp, vibration-absorbing soft- A fast and hard base that can take a lot of hits. This one wood that creates a light ski core. Beech is a heavier hard- loves a wax every now and then. wood that compliments the poplar by increasing stiffness, responsiveness and providing a solid base for the binding EXTRUDED IS1320 screws. A strong base for the whole mountain. Strong and light. FLYWOOD

TRADITIONAL/TWIN TIP If you spend most of your time on the hill skiing forwards then a traditional shaped ski with tip rise is the best for you. However, if you want to switch things up and play in the park we recommend a twin tip ski that will enable you to ski and land backwards.

Flywood is a combination of beech wood and expanded polyurethane foam. Flywood creates lightweight, durable and damp skis with a classic wood feel and stability. POLYFLY Polyfly is a foam core made out of expanded polyurethane. Polyfly creates lightweight, durable, and well-damped skis.

Each ski in our ROXY line-up is carefully crafted from initial drawing to finished product. Season after season, our designers show endless energy and a desire to create something special. We want you to love our skis as much as the hill you call home. And we know that to keep on enjoying winter our skis have to respect the environment wherever possible. That’s why we source materials from all over Europe, always on the look out for better eco-friendly materials to use – base, sidewall and topsheet materials from Austria, fibreglass and carbon from Germany, hybrid cores from Denmark, and FSC-certified woods from Eastern Europe. ‘Less waste, more sustainable skis’ means a reduced environmental footprint. And many more winters for us all to enjoy.
