This deck features REACTIVE FLEX allowing the board to flex edge to edge. If Johnnie jumps boardslide onto a rail, the board automatically creates a skateboard-like concave that lifts the edges to prevent from falling. Our SNAP CRACKLE POP woodcore gives the Paxson board it’s strength and
liveliness. We topped it off by adding our SWEET SPOT carbons from the tips to the middle of the inserts to let him pop the highest ollie with ease. On his pro model artwork he explains: „When I was younger I drew a panther on my snowboard and I still have that board, so I thought it would be cool to recreate it but with the help of the artist Tyler Stout“.

This Straight takes a holistically directional concept to new heights. With BACKSEAT CAMROCK combined with a slightly stiffer tail, and a setback stance, this freeride board put me on the very top of the podium at the Ultranatural event. The LANDING STRIP reinforcement is placed as stringer from the nose to the tail, reducing high velocity chatter while our FOREVER WOOD CORE and SLICK TIP PROFILE makes this board incredibly light. This is the lightweight composition to our wood cores, using light density Paulownia and light Poplar wood. Additionally we use the sturdy Beech in the middle for inserts retention but also on the outside next to the sidewalls for better onedge stability.
The name is from the RPM of an engine. When the engine is running high its called; in the redlines of the speedometer. The idea is somehow to translate the riders behavior into the board. When pointing straight down the hill the rider is comitted to go fast by loading his front foot, needing stability from his board. Does the rider actively want to slow down, the weight moves onto the backfoot to control the steering. Therefore I sat together with my brother, Ing. Werner R端f who helped me refine riding stability and control by accurately composing this sidecut to be on demand.
KNOCK OUT /
DUAL CAMBER /
We used our CNC machine, operated by precisely programmed commands to make a counterbalanced 3D slant between the bindings. This refinement makes a woodcore lighter and the sidewall thinner. The riding gets more enjoyable where the most grip is needed.

A composition of two unique fiberglass layouts in combination with our wood cores that are specifically assembled and profiled by our engineers in Switzerland. Reactive Flex gives our boards the ability to also flex across the width. So, however you bend the board it will react the best way imaginable. For example if you jump on a park rail for a boardslide, the board edges lift up, creating a convex base which minimizes your chance of catching an edge. When carving a turn, it works the other way around. The board edges flex downward, creating a concave base which makes your edge bite more into the turns. This is automated flex in 3d!

PAXSON / HAPPY PLACE / BRAINSTORM 2 cross-shaped carbon fibers placed from the contact point of the nose and tail to the middle of the inserts. This configuration increases POP and strength, bringing more play into your riding.

ATV / AURORA This is our ultimate combination of carbon, kevlar and basalt fibers developed to increasingly benefit all the aspects of your board. The effects are lightness because the connecting strenght of fiber allows us to slim the cores thickness, it adds reactivity to the board like response and torsion because of the strategical placement of these fibers.
PAXSON / HAPPY PLACE / BRAINSTORM This core is made out of alternating poplar and beech stringers that give it strength and liveliness.
