Co-living A new living paradigm for migration worker and tourist in H aiN an A rchitecture/Individual Work/A cademic Duration:2023.06 -2023.09 Location:Luhuitou Scenic A rea, Sanya, H ainan P rovince, China Instructor: Ziyu Zhou Song D ynasty, the population moved from F uj ian P rovince to the northern part of H ainan P rovince because of the war. The proj ect was inspired by the development of some ethnic minorities, and nally the i people were chosen as the focus of the design, most of the i people gathered in ainan P rovince, due to the economic underdevelopment of the area where they live, in order to solve the problem of livelihood, they can only come to Sanya C ity to work , but during the holidays they have nowhere to go but back to their homes, but the distance between their homes and work is long. It' s a long way to travel, so a vacation scenic area in Sanya C ity close to the station was chosen to design a new unit type for apartment for them, in which the revilaliz ation of breez eways space was reused to reflect the characteristics of i people s life. t the same time, six different house types were designed according to the needs of different groups of people, through different combinations of forms to meet the needs of people for the use of the building, to provide for the laborers to live in during the holidays, and when they go to work by adding partitions to transform into a visitor' s accommodation, It is a house that exible use as tourist apartments and workers apartments.

Ocean Guardian Complex: Focusing on the collection and purification of rubbish, rescue of animals, and protection of the marine environment Architecture/Individual Work/Academic Duration:2023.10-2023.11 Location:Northern Hemisphere Instructor: Tianchen Shen
Due to the pollution of the ocean by various countries, the sea level is rising and the glaciers are getting smaller, which affects the living environment of many land and sea animals as well as human beings. Therefore, the design of this project is an Arctic marine complex, firstly to provide a comfortable and convenient living and recreational environment for the staff of the Northern Sea Route as well as some travellers visiting the Arctic. Secondly, a submarine rubbish collector is designed below the sea level of the building, so that the marine rubbish can be recycled and at the same time provide a good living environment for marine life. Thirdly, the building is designed to move in the direction of the Arctic ocean currents, with a wide range of pathways, so that it can rescue land creatures that are trapped by environmental pollution during the process. The prototype of the project is a spiral shape, extracted from the element of the conch, which is triangular at the top and bottom and has good structural stability and durability. All parts of the marine complex above the sea are covered with translucent glass on both sides, and at the top is a public garden for cultivation and recreation. The main load-bearing structural element of the building is the central core, which consists of walls, stairs and lift shafts.

Tree Lift Living Tower Urban Design/Individual Work/Evolo Competition Items/conceptual design Duration:2023.12-2024.01 Location:Shanghai Municipality, China Instructor:Zoe Zhou In response to the challenges of population mobility and housing constraints in Shanghai, I created an innovative urban design with a futuristic "tree" shaped structure. This building is not only a living space, but also integrates multiple functions to meet the different needs of its residents. It is shaped like a tree with foundations sticking out of the ground and efficiently connected using high-speed lifts that extend to different areas of Shanghai. These high-speed lifts eliminate the need for long commutes and make travelling within the building quick and easy. In addition, the building incorporates a variety of urban functions for socialising, working and relaxing. The design aims to reduce the stress of commuting and provide a more efficient and enjoyable urban living experience in Shanghai
