Special Conference for indefinite-time employees The indefinite-time employees must continue the fight by being united for full restoration of justice and equal treatment, as stressed at the special Conference held by SIDIKEK PEO on 28 February where the issues of this group of employees were analysed and discussed. As stressed at the Conference, the issues faced by these employees are due to the adoption of the policy of flexible employment forms, the deregulation of work and mainly due to the service of neoliberal policies for reduction of the labour cost for the interests of the multi-national companies and the big capital. It was also stressed that it is obvious that what happens in the Public sector has multiplied effect on the employees in the private sector. The special Conference, as mentioned above, focused on the specialized issues of the indefinite-time employees and the other flexible forms of employment that have appeared the last years both in the Public Service and the wider Public Sector and it was held at the archive room of CYBC.
Подготовила: Людмила Папаконстантину ЭКСТРЕННЫЙ СЪЕЗД СИДИКЕК-ПЕО 28 февраля состоялся экстренный съезд СИДИКЕК-ПЕО, на котором были обсуждены и проанализированны проблемы, стоящие перед трудящимися со статусом рабочих неопределённого времени. Съезд призвал их к сплочённости, которая необходима для того, чтобы успешно продолжать борьбу за полное восстановление справедливости и равноправного отношения к каждому. Все делегаты, выступавшие на съезде отметили, что проблемы, стоящие перед данной категорией трудящихся, берут своё начало с момента принятия властями политики гибких видов трудовой занятости и её регулирования. Всё это происходит, в основном, из-за обслуживания западноевропейских неолиберальных политик, цель которых – стараться любыми средствами понизить стоимость труда в угоду интересов многонациональных корпораций и крупного капитала. Кроме того, на съезде было отмечено, как совершенно очевидный факт, что всё происходящее в Общественном секторе экономики страны, оказывает многократные последствия на трудящихся, которые заняты непосредственно в частном секторе. Делегаты, принявшие участие в работе Экстренного съезда СИДИКЕК-ПЕО, проходившего в зале Архива РИК, обсудили животрепещущие вопросы, волнующие трудящихся неопределённого срока, а также прочих гибких видов трудовой занятости, которые появились в стране в течение последних лет.
