Labour Day: Insisting for solution, reunification and social justice solution and reunification of our country and people. Утром 1 Мая на всей свободной территории Кипра прошли мероприятия, посвящённые Первомаю. Для трудящихся Кипра Трудовой Первомай – это день подтвержения постоянного стремления к победе в борьбе за воссоединение страны и народа. Кроме того, Первомай – это и день подтверждения готовности к борьбе за социальную справедливость. Мы знаем, что завоевания не могут оставаться постоянными, если не будет разрешён кипрский вопрос. Решение кипрской проблемы и воссоединение страны могут быть достигнуты только
путём переговоров, которые обязательно должны начаться вновь. В Никосии меропрития начались с митинга, который проходил у здания Министерства финансов, где с докладом выступил Генеральный секретарь ПЕО Памбис Кирицис. С приветствием к собравшимся обратился Генеральный секретарь партии АКЕЛ Андрос Киприану. Под красными знамёнами трудящиеся прошли по центральным улицам города в направлении Лидра Палас, где на стадионе, расположенном на демаркационной линии, к ним присоединилась колонна турок-киприотов. Генеральный секретарь ПЕО и Президент ДЕВ-ИШ огласили совместно принятое Заявление. Мероприятие завершилось концертной программой в исполнении двуобщинного музыкально-инструментального ансамбля «Cyprus Songs Association». Следует отметить, что 26 апреля ПЕО и туркокипрские Профсоюзные организации, которые входят во Всемирную Федерацию Профсоюзов (ВФП): ДЕВ-ИШ, КТАМС, КТОС, КТОЕОС, БЕШ, КООП-СЕН и ДОУ-СЕН, провели в Доме Содружества пресс-конференцию, посвящённую вопросу совместного празднования Первомая. Было принято Заявление и программа проведения мероприятия.

SIDIKEK continues the fight against privatization attempts The Central Secretariat of SIDIKEK-PEO had a meeting where it discussed the really serious issues of completion and implementation of the complementary framework agreement and the services-purchasing. Regarding the first issue, it decided to intensify its pressures for the dialogue with the government to be completed as soon as possible so that: -Agreement for the space of the percentage of 2% for the agreement 2017-2018 which must be paid with the return of part of the cuts should be carried out. -A discussion should start to agree on a timeframe for returning all the cuts. -The creation of a provision fund should be agreed for the newcomers and the indefinite-time employees. -The employment terms and the indefinite time benefits should be completely agreed. As far as the second issue is concerned, there was a full discussion for all the cases in local government and semi-governmental organizations where the assignment to private owners is attempted via the method of service-purchase of various works, as well as the replacement of work leasing for employee-style positions with so-called selfemployed. The Central Secretariat calls the organizations to proceed with the completion of all the positions for permanent needs and reassured its position that it will continue reacting to every case where privatization of services, work leasing and deregulation of labour relations are attempted. SIDIKEK-PEO will also not tolerate collective agreements being violated.
Подготовила: Людмила Папаконстантину СИДИКЕК ПРОДОЛЖАЕТ БОРЬБУ ПРОТИВ ПРИВАТИЗАЦИИ На прошедшем заседании Центрального секретариата СИДИКЕК-ПЕО были обсуждены серьёзнейшие вопросы, связанные с завершением и выполнением дополнительного рамочного соглашения и покупки услуг. По первому вопросу принято решение об усилении давления, с тем чтобы как можно скорее завершить диалог с правительством. Это необходимо для того, чтобы: - начать процесс обсуждения, который требуется для голосования по плану рамок нормы в 2% для Коллективного договора 2017-2018 годов, необходимого предоставить с возвратом части от урезания; - приступить к обсуждению согласования сроков восстановления всех урезаний; - согласовать создание Фонда прониас (попечения) для нововходящих и трудящихся без ограниченного срока; - согласовать условия полной занятости и пособия для трудящихся без ограниченного срока. По второму вопросу состоялось полноценное обсуждение, касающееся всех служб местного самоуправления и полугосударственных организаций, в которых пытаются предоставить работу частным компаниям по схеме купли услуг для различной деятельности. Центральный секретариат призывает все организации заполнить рабочие места для постоянных услуг. Центральный секретариат заверил, что и впредь будет противодействовать любой попытке приватизации служб, передаче работы самозанятым работникам, а также регулированию трудовых отношений. СИДИКЕК-ПЕО никогда не согласится с нарушением коллективных договоров.
