You can’t get the full college experience unless you live on campus. Students who live on campus are more involved. Some of my best friends are people I met in the residence halls. It feels like my home away from home rather than just a dorm.
Moving to campus was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made at college. I am able to connect with others my own age on a daily basis, and not just in the class setting. The opportunities in the dorms are endless if you are looking for something to do. I feel like I’m a part of WSU.
There are floors for fine arts and health professions majors, an honors floor and a quiet floor.

I also appreciate the diversity and how easy it is to meet new people——campus living is a life-changing experience.
Safety first At Wichita State, your safety is our top priority, and the residence halls are no exception. The buildings are locked at all times (with only residents and staff having keys) and university police patrol the area around the clock. Housing staff is available to assist visitors and residents.
