Maintenance Contracts Taking out an Integral Pumps maintenance contract ensures the ongoing performance of your pumps and systems. Our engineers will conduct regular assessments of your equipment, undertaking work as required, to prevent unexpected breakdowns and make sure your pumps are working at optimum levels. This will extend the service life of the product, and reduce associated energy costs. • We offer Bronze, Silver or Gold options to suit your requirements • A dedicated pumps co-ordinator will be assigned to you • Our engineers will provide you with a full site report, complete with checklist and recommendations, after each visit

commissioning We set industry standards. Our team of engineers are fully trained to work with all makes and models of pump. We adhere to a rigorous checklist to ensure each is set up correctly and in accordance with the system demand to maintain optimum functionality and prevent unnecessary breakdowns. We then carry out a full start-up report that documents the operation data for our clients, showing that the installation has been successful and detailing the overall performance of the pump for future reference. Commissioning requests require five working days notice. For shorter notice periods please phone 01925 847700. The commissioning price includes our standard method statement and specific risk assessment. Commissioning certificates/reports are provided upon completion of works, usually within three working days. The prices are based on one uninterrupted visit and prior to the arrival of the Pump Engineer the equipment should be installed, hydraulically charged and connected electrically. Any aborted calls or unscheduled delays will be charged at the full rate. These delays could be any of the following (but not limited to) site inductions, confined space, equipment not ready, aborted visits (less than 24 hrs notice), additional non-advised health and safety requirements, additional travel. * Includes checking of system installed expansion vessels and hydraulic accumulators, but excludes written scheme of examination. ** Does not allow for working in confined spaces. Prices do not include specialist safety or lifting equipment required by site conditions. Excludes, Channel Isles, IOM and Scottish Highlands. Subject to change — prices do not include VAT. our team Integral Pumps has assembled a team of industry respected technicians with a wealth of knowledge and experience in servicing pumps and valves.
Peter Fletcher
Liam Cole — Service Manager
Operations Director
Liam brings over 17 years’ experience in the service and maintenance of fire pumps to the Integral team. He was OEM trained in commissioning by the world’s leading pump manufacturer, and as such is able to offer our clients unrivalled technical support and advice.
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the pump and sprinkler industry. He introduced the servicing of fire pumps to Grundfos over 10 years ago, setting high industry standards that he continues to uphold and surpass as a member of the Integral Pumps team. Peter’s unique knowledge of the fire protection industry enables us to offer our clients a stand out product portfolio.
Eddie Docherty Eddie is a former HGV and marine engineer, who holds an HNC in automotive technology management. He has over 18 years’ experience in servicing fire pumps, including commissioning and trouble shooting for Clarke UK and USA.
Tom Sutherland Sales Manager Tom has worked in the fire protection industry for nearly 20 years. He started out installing sprinklers in warehouses and retail units, before becoming an engineer and gaining more experience of the workings of pump systems. In 2007, Tom joined Grundfos/Europump as area sales manager, working with fire protection companies all over the UK and Ireland. Having amassed extensive technical knowledge over the years, he is able to help customers with anything from simple faults to full product replacement and project management.

Jonathan Ainsworth Jonny has spent 25 years servicing engines and fire pumps. He started out in the automotive industry, where he gained good knowledge of diesel engines, before focusing on fire protection. He is recognised in the industry as an expert in fire pump installation and commissioning.
Andrew Bursnoll With a background in plant engineering and HGV maintenance, Andy has spent the past 25 years repairing and maintaining pumps, generators and diesel engines. For the last 13 years he has focused on fire protection, honing his skills and establishing a reputation for excellence in the industry.
