Laurel Hill consists of four fields measuring approximately 2.5 hectares located to the rear of the Dick Lovett showrooms, off the A4018. The site, owned by Dick Lovett Companies Ltd, is bordered to the north by residential dwellings on New Charlton Way and retail and office units within the Cribbs Causeway Centre; to the east by dwellings on Catbrain Hill; to the south by the Henbury Trym and the former Filton airfield; and to the west by land which is earmarked for a new car dealership and offices. Dick Lovett has operated from its site at Cribbs Causeway since 1997. The Cribbs site totals approximately 27 acres and currently comprises BMW, Mini and Porsche dealerships.
