Nel 2011 Lumen Center Italia compie 35 anni e li festeggia nel migliore dei modi: continuando a garantire un prodotto bello, funzionale, un servizio rapido e sincero nel rispetto della ecosostenibilità ambientale e sociale. Da sempre votata al design, l’azienda è stata fondata nel 1976, acquisita nel 2000 da Villa Tosca Design Management, e in più di tre decadi di creazione e produzione si è conquistata una forte identità nel settore dell’illuminazione d’interni. Lumen Center Italia è entrata nel XXI secolo con grande energia ed il nuovo edificio, in cui sono state concentrate tutte le attività produttive e commerciali ne è il manifesto evidente, la dichiarazione d’intenti.Con i suoi giardini di rose ed acqua, l’ampia vetrata e la collocazione strategica vicino alla Fiera di Rho, sull’asse MilanoTorino, la nuova ‘casa’ di Lumen Center Italia rivela la metodologia progettuale dell’azienda: ricettiva nei confronti del pensiero contemporaneo, con forti radici culturali,sensibile all’estetica. Soprattutto rivela la ferma intenzione di essere una fabbrica italiana del design, in cui fabbricare apparecchi di illuminazione, prototipati, testati e costruiti interamente in Italia. Una fabbrica del Made in Italy integrale, affidabile, reperibile, aperta, in cui realizzare oggetti di valore per le case di oggi e di domani. Non una grande industria per milioni di copie, ma un grande laboratorio che insegue l’eccellenza, in cui designer, architetti, ingegneri, tecnici e artigiani si incontrano per mettere a punto apparecchi ispirati dal cuore e dalla fantasia, ma guidati dalla ragione e dalla funzionalità. Una fabbrica italiana a vocazione internazionale, che per il design dei propri prodotti ha messo a punto anche una metodologia ‘on line’ aperta ai progettisti di tutto il mondo, in collaborazione con il portale della creatività www.aedo-to.com.

En 2011, Lumen Center a fêté ses 35 ans de la meilleure façon qui soit, en continuant à garantir des produits, beaux , fonctionnels, un service rapide et sincère dans le respect de l’éco-durabilité de l’environnement. Depuis toujours vouée au design, la maison a été fondée en 1976 et acquise en 2000 par Villa Tosca Design Management et en 3 décades de création et de production a conquis une forte identité dans le domaine de l’éclairage d’intérieur. Lumen Center Italia est entrée dans le 21ème siècle avec une grande énergie, sa nouvelle usine où sont regroupés les unités de production et les services commerciaux, affirme ainsi sa force. Son jardin d’eau et roses, l’élégante structure de verre, sa position géographique entre le centre RHO et la liaison Milan-Turin révèlent sa stratégie conceptuelle, réceptive à la pensée contemporaine, forte de ses racines culturelles et sensible à l’esthétique. Par dessus tout, Lumen Center Italia affirme sa volonté d’être une usine italienne de design, de produire des appareils d’éclairage, des prototypes testés entièrement produits en Italie. Une usine Made in Italy intégrale, sûre, identifiable et ouverte, réalisant des produits pour la maison d’aujourd’hui et demain. Pas de copies par milliers, mais un grand laboratoire qui réunit l’excellence du designer , de l’architecte, de l’ingénieur, du technicien et de l’artisan afin de mettre au point des produits de coeur et de fantaisie mais inspirés de la raison et de la fonctionnalité. Une usine italienne à vocation internationale qui par le design de ses propres produits a mis au point une méthodologie «on line» ouverte au projet de chacun en collaboration avec le portail de création www.aedo-to.com.

In 2011 Lumen Center Italia turned 35 and celebrated the occasion in the best possible way: guaranteeing functional and beautiful products together with a honest and quick service respecting both environmental and social sustainability. As always devoted to design, the firm was founded in France in 1976, it was acquired in 2000 by Villa Tosca Design Management and in more than three decades of creation and production it has established a strong identity in the interior lighting sector. Lumen Center Italia has entered the 21st century with great energy. The new building, which concentrates all its production and commercial activities, is the most obvious manifesto of this, a statement of intent. With its rose gardens and water gardens, a great window and strategic location near the Rho trade fair site, on the Milan-Turin axis, the new “house” of Lumen Center Italia embodies the firm’s approach to design: receptive towards contemporary thought, with strong cultural roots, sensitive to aesthetics. Above all it reveals the firm intention to be an Italian design factory, manufacturing lighting devices, prototyped, tested and produced entirely in Italy. A factory of integral Made in Italy products, reliable, accessible, open, in which to create objects of value for the homes of today and tomorrow. Not a big manufacturer turning out millions of copies, but a great laboratory that pursues excellence, where designers, architects, engineers, technicians and craftsmen meet and develop lighting equipment inspired by the heart and fantasy, but driven by reason and functionality. An Italian factory international in scope which, for the design of its products, has also developed a system on line and open to designers around the world, in collaboration with the creativity portal www.aedo-to.com.

Im Jahr 2011 feiert Lumen Center Italia. das Fest des 35. Geburtstags in der bestmöglichen Weise: Gewährleistung, funktionale und schöne Produkte zusammen mit einem ehrlichen und schnellen Service und sowohl ökologische als auch soziale Nachhaltigkeit. Wie immer dem Design gewidmet, wurde die Firma in Frankreich 1976 gegründet und im Jahr 2000 vom Villa Tosca Design Management erworben worden. In mehr als drei Jahrzehnten der Kreation und Produktion hat sich das Unternehmen durch seine starke Identität in der Innenbeleuchtung etabliert. Lumen Center Italia hat das 21. Jahrhundert mit großem Elan begonnen, und das neue Gebäude, in dem sich sowohl die Produktions- als auch die Geschäftsräume befinden, ist der beste Beweis dafür und zeigt deutlich, was sich das Unternehmen für die Zukunft vorgenommen hat. Seine Gärten mit Rosen und Wasserquellen, die großen Glasflächen sowie der strategisch wichtige Standort nahe des Messezentrums Rho und der Autobahn Mailand- Turin sind Ausdruck der Strategie des Unternehmens, das sich zeitgenössischen Strömungen öffnet und dabei seinen ausgeprägten kulturellen Wurzeln sowie dem Sinn für Ästhetik treu bleibt. Vor allem offenbart das Gebäude die Identität eines italienischen Unternehmens für Design, in dem getestete und ausschließlich auf italienischem Ursprung hergestellte Prototypen von Beleuchtungsanlagen produziert werden. Eine Fabrik ganz im Zeichen des Made in Italy, die sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Kundennähe und Offenheit auszeichnet und in der wertvollen Gegenstände für das Haus von heute und von morgen entstehen. Es handelt sich also nicht um ein Großunternehmen, das unzählige Artikel produziert, sondern vielmehr um eine große Werkstatt, in der Designer, Architekten, Ingenieure, Techniker und Handwerker zusammenarbeiten, um Geräte zu entwerfen, die dem Herzen und der Phantasie entwachsen und von Verstand und praktischem Sinn geleitet werden. Eine italienische Fabrik von internationaler Bedeutung, die für das Design seiner Produkte ein online-System realisiert hat, das für Designer der ganzen Welt zugänglich ist und mit dem Portal der Kreativität www.aedo-to. com verbunden ist.

Helioled, Happy Candle, Ribbonled e Horus sono i primi esempi di lampade scaturite da questa collaborazione: atmosfere high-tech e neo-romantiche, sofisticate sorgenti luminose, circuiti elettronici intelligenti, autonomia energetica sono le componenti che rendono flessibile e glamour il loro uso.

C’est la ligne de produits réalisée grâce à des méthodes avancées en collaboration avec le Portail aedo-to.com sous la direction de VillaTosca Design Management Centre. Helioled, Happy Candle, Ribbonled e Horus sont les premiers exemples de lampes nées de cette collaboration: atmosphère hi-tech et neo romantique, sources lumineuses sophistiquée, circuits électroniques intelligents, autonomie énergétique sont les critères essentiels qui proposent une utilisation glamour de ces lampes.

Batteria Ni-MH ricaricabile. Sistema di ricarica integrato nella base. Regolazione d’intensità luminosa dei Led Bianchi (3500k) a 5 livelli. Con i Led RGB è possibile creare atmosfere successivamente modificabili. Con il pulsante di controllo è possibile attivare la funzione ciclatore. Funzione di luce d’emergenza. This collection of lamps is distinguished for it’s trim design, both aesthetic and functional. They are enduring objects, technically perfect and formally refined.

Diese Linie von Lampen zeichnet sich durch ihre ästhetische sowie funktionelle Wesentlichkeit aus. Es handelt sich um langlebige Gegenstände von technischer Vollkommenheit und formeller Reinheit.

Alcune di esse sono consacrate dal Tempo, come le lampade da tavolo degli anni Venti di Jacques Adnet e le lampade degli anni Ottanta di Jean-Michel Wilmotte e Gilles Derain. Altre sono lampade recenti che hanno però lavorazioni, finiture, materiali e proporzioni della classicità.

Chacune reconnue dans le temps: telle la lampe à poser des années 20 de Jacques Adnet ou les lampes des années 80 de Jean-Michel Wilmotte e Gilles Derain. Les plus récentes sont le fruit de l’élaboration des finitions, des matériaux toujours dans le respect du classicisme.

Some have been consecrated by Time, such as the table lamps from the 1920s by Jacques Adnet and the lamps of the ’80s by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and Gilles Derain. Others are more recent lamps but they have the workmanship, finishes, materials and proportions of classics.

IP20 La lampada è composta da una calotta sferica poggiata su di una semplice struttura quadrangolare che funge da piedistallo. Il materiale utilizzato è ottone con finitura Palladio. La lampadina utilizzata è del tipo ad incandescenza da 42W ECO. MJA (Memory of Jacques Adnet) è una piccola lampada da tavolo progettata da Jacques Adnet nel 1930. Lumen Center Italia, in occasione del 75° anniversario della lampada Quadro, ha voluto omaggiarne l’autore mettendo in produzione questo piccolo e prezioso pezzo di design anni ‘30 mai realizzato prima se non a livello di prototipo.

La lampe se compose d’une calotte sphérique appuyée sur une simple structure quadrangulaire qui sert de base. Le matériel utilisé est du laiton en finition Palladium. L’ampoule est une incandescente de 42W ECO. MJA (Memory of Jacques Adnet) est une petite lampe de table dessinée par Jacques Adnet en 1930 qui interprète la beauté de la simplicité exprimée par 2 figures géométriques: le rond et le carré. Lumen Center Italia, en occasion du 75ème anniversaire de la lampe Quadro, a souhaité rendre hommage à l’auteur, en mettant en production ce petit et précieux objet du Design des années 30, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, jamais réalisé sinon au stade du prototype.

The lamp consists of a spherical segment placed on a simple quadrangular structure that acts as a pedestal. The material used is brass with a Palladium finish. Round bulb of 42W ECO. MJA (Memory of Jacques Adnet) is a small table lamp designed by Jacques Adnet in 1930. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the “Quadro” lamp, Lumen Center Italia wanted to pay homage to it’s designer by producing this small and precious piece of design from the Thirties that has only ever been created at prototype level before now.

Die Leuchte besteht aus einer Kugelhaube auf einer viereckigen Struktur, die als Sockel dient. Die Leuchte, aus Messing [Finish Palladio], ist mit einer Glühlampe 42W ECO ausgestattet. Die Tischleuchte MJA (Memory of Jacques Adnet) wurde im 1930 bei Jacques Adnet entworfen. Anlässlich des 75° Jubiläum der Leuchte Quadro, wollte Lumen Center Italia dieses kleinen und wertvolle Stück aus den 30erJahren Design, das vorher nur als Prototyp hergestellt wurde, Ihm zu Ehren in Produktion geben.

La loro luce, attraversando una superficie forata e non uniforme, crea effetti visivi particolarmente affascinanti. Bolle e buchi, simili ai crateri della superficie lunare, sono il risultato di un’approfondita ricerca tecnologica. Il materiale plastico utilizzato, che simula il ghiaccio, è stato infatti stampato per la prima volta, in esclusiva per Lumen Center Italia, con la tecnica dello stampaggio rotazionale. La collection lunaire ICEGLOBE est composée de lampes avec la surface irrégulière. Leur lumière, en traversant une surface percée et pas uniforme, crée des effets visuels particulièrement séduisants. Bulles et trous, pareils aux cratères de la surface lunaire sont le résultat d’une approfondie recherche technologique. Le matériel plastique utilisé, qui simule la glace, a été en effet imprimé pour la première fois, en exclusivité pour Lumen Center Italia, avec la technique du moulage par rotation. Les diffuseurs en polycarbonate de forme sphérique, auto extinguible, sont réalisés en 6 dimensions: D=12cm., D=20 cm. D= 30 cm., D= 45 cm., D= 57 cm., D= 78 cm. The lunar collection ICEGLOBE consists of spherical lamps that have an irregular surface. TR.EL. IP20 Sistema di illuminazione modulare a plafone, sospensione e parete. È un sistema illuminante modulare e flessibile, Cornice in alluminio estruso anodizzato naturale e bracci cromati. Consente di illuminare grandi spazi, così come ambienti più raccolti e discreti. La sua forma esprime l’idea di un caos ordinato. Il telecomando, a richiesta, consente la modulazione dell’intensità luminosa. Cavo d’alimentazione trasparente. Trasformatori elettronici e supporti inclusi per tutte le versioni: applique, plafoniera e sospensione.

Système d’illumination modulaire, plafonnier, suspension et applique. Il est un système éclairant modulaire et flexible. Cadre en aluminium extrudé anodisé naturel, bras chromés. Il permit d’éclairer grandes places et dans le même temps pièces plus petites et discrètes. Sa forme exprime l’idée d’un chaos ordonné. La télécommande, sur demande, permit la modulation de l’intensité lumineuse. Câble d’alimentation transparent. Transformateurs et supports inclus pour tous les modèles: applique, plafonnier et suspension.

Modular lighting system: hanging, ceiling and wall lamp. It is a modular and flexible lighting system. Frame in natural anodised extruded aluminium, arms in chrome. It lights big spaces, as well as smaller and discreet rooms. Its shape expresses the idea of a tidy jumble. Its form transmits the idea of an ordinate chaos. Il profilato tubolare ne facilita la progettazione architettonica, per questo motivo si presta ad essere impiegata in ambienti di rappresentanza, uffici, punti vendita e spazi espositivi.
