Mr. B P Kandhari picked up the allied financial skills crucial to the real estate business in a 27 year tenure with RBI.
After 30 years in banking and handling the finances of corporate clients at ABN AMRO (now RBS) Mrs. Hiru Kandhari brings her professional acumen to brightening up the business finance portfolio of B Kandhari Properties.
With decades of brokerage experience, Mr. Vijay Kandhari provides real estate solutions for clientele from the film industry, celebrities in sport and entertainment, corporates and NHIs from diverse backgrounds. He has handled large land transactions for big developers like HDIL, Wadhwa etc, and has already forayed into luxury real estate construction in Bandra, Khar and Santacruz.
Over 8 years teaching experience – made her naturally proficient for the day-to-day management of the brokerage business. She also undertakes interior design for the Group’s new realty ventures
In 1982, he started his own brokerage business and has since, scooped up large land transactions and done deals for large corporates like Godrej, Sanjay Lalbhai Group, Rahejas, Ekta, Kanakia, Oberoi and many more esteemed names.
