USING THE COWORKING SPACE
MAIL ROOM
The mail room is located across from the front desk near the entrance to AMP. Mailroom access is available only for those with a Reserved Desk, Group Membership and/or Office Membership Plan.
Mail Slot: Your mail slot is located on the left side of the mail room. If you have mailing access, there will be a dedicated mail slot with your name/business labeled on it. Packages: Packages are delivered to the mail room. If you have an important package that you are expecting, please alert the front desk staff. Please pick up packages within 7 days.
Drop-Off Mail: You can drop off letters to be picked up by USPS from the front desk. If you have larger things to ship with any other postal service, please alert the staff at the front desk before dropping off your package(s).

JANITORIAL
Janitorial services occur each weekday evening. Surfaces are wiped down and trash is emptied. If you would like to bypass the cleaning services, it is completely up to you. If you would like just your waste bin emptied, please place it outside your door at by 5:00 pm. Please dispose of food waste in the cafe break area.

All members are provided with a monthly allotment for color and black and white prints.

COBOT
Booking Rooms: Cobot is our room booking platform. You will receive and email link to sign in. If more than one individual on your team needs booking privileges, please let the Member Experience team know. Please check your membership level for the allotted conference room hours. The hours do not roll over.
Safety and Space Management: Cobot helps us ensure a secure space for all members. It also helps the Membership Experience Team monitor room usage. Please do not squat in rooms that you have not reserved, or overstay your reservation. You will be asked to leave to allow members with reservations to use the room. When you leave, please leave the space as you found it.

HOUSEKEEPING
It is everyone’s responsibility to clean up after themselves. This includes:
• Place any used community dishes in the dishwasher.
• Labeling your food and remembering to take it home with you or disposing of it.
• Cleaning up any spills/messes made in the kitchen space or microwave. Cleaning up after using the conference rooms, phone booths, and Hot Desk area.
• Not placing liquids or loose food items in your office bins; you may dispose of those in the kitchen
COWORKING AMENITIES
SOCIAL SPACES
The social spaces are common area use for all members. We welcome small group meet ups and coffee chats!
Please do not host meetings in social areas without coordinating the event with the Event Director or with Member Experience Team. When booking spaces, please factor in the time needed for set up and tear down. This will ensure that the rooms/spaces are available for others. Please email members@16tech.com with inquires.
PRIVATE OFFICES/RESERVED DESKS
Your space will come equipped with furniture allotted to the room. We provide desks, chairs, and file drawers for reserved desks and private office members. Please feel free to make the space your own. If any problems occur or any special service is needed, connect with the Membership Experience Team. Depending on the office size (2-6 person or suite) we provide the amount of furniture needed. If additional furniture is needed, please alert the Member Experience Team before taking furniture from social spaces. You are welcome to add furniture, apply sticking whiteboards or decals, and make cosmetic updates to the space.
PLEASE DO NOT:
• Paint the walls
• Hang heavy items yourself (arrange for maintenance to hang things like televisions or heavy wall art)
AIRTAME
Airtame is the device used to share your screen or presentation wirelessly to the TVs in the office space. Download prior to meeting go to airtame.com/start; your computer/company may require you to gain access from your administration.
OWL
Do you have a hybrid meeting? We have Meeting Owls that helps virtual meetings feel more immersive. The Owl includes:
• 360 camera view with auto-framing and tracking technology, targeting the speakers and their movements.
• Camera, stereo speakers, and built-in microphones.
• USB connectivity (dongles may be needed for Macs).
Owls are available upon request. Additional cost may be incurred.
MEDIA LAB
The Media Lab is the perfect space to record your podcast, shoot product photography/videography, record fireside chats, and much more. It’s more than just a space: it’s a community resource designed to fuel your creativity. Whether you’re looking to launch a podcast, create engaging video content, or explore new multimedia projects, the Media Lab is your go-to destination.

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT
OUR COMMUNITY
We value community involvement, sustainability and accountability. As a flexible workspace we simply ask that members are respectful of space, members and guests. We also encourage members to share their knowledge, experiences, resources, and learn from peers.
Our mission is to help ensure your business goals are met and exceeded. Your Member Experience Team is here to help you. Communicate issues, requests or ideas.
MEMBER DOS:
• Let the Member Experience Team know about your team’s goals and how we might be able to help
• Introduce yourself to other members via Circle and in person
• Utilize the TV by the front desk for events and updates or ask your Experience Manager
• Engage! Please, think about what you can offer to the community
• Use the #office-and-coworking channel in Circle to share company updates
• Host a meeting, gathering or event in a social space (i.e. Pitch Bleachers, Lower Cafe, Sunken Living Room) by filling out an event form here
• Explore the district and local community ask your Experience Manager for more info
• Attend the member events (District Happy Hours and Coffee and Connects)
• Be sure to cancel or adjust any unused booking time and leave promptly at the end of your reservation
• Keep the space clean and inviting by cleaning up after yourself every time a shared space is use
• Use headphones when watching videos in open spaces
• If you have a guest with you, please have them sign in with the QR code or at the iPad at the front desk under Member’s Guest. You may also send them the link to sign up for a Drop-In Pass beforehand.

MEMBER DON’TS:
• Don’t take furniture or shared resources from shared areas without first asking a staff member
• If you are done hosting your guest(s) and they would like to use the Coworking space for the rest of th day, have them sign up for a Drop-In Day Pass at the front desk
• Don’t deface any office property
• Don’t use speakerphones to conduct individual or conference calls in the shared spaces
• Don’t use reserved desks or private offices that are not your own
COMMUNICATION & ENGAGEMENT
CIRCLE
Circle is 16 Tech’s district communication platform. You will use Circle to better connect with other innovators and entrepreneurs in the 16 Tech Innovation District, as well as your fellow coworking members and tenants. Through Circle, you will receive important information, events, updates, and resources from 16 Tech regarding the district and your coworking membership.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CIRCLE

The link provided will grant you access to the 16 Tech Innovation District channels, the private coworking channels, and a tag on your profile stating that you are a coworking member/tenant.
Please fill out all required fields for your profile, including adding your profile picture and using the “Headline” section for your company name.
