I can get easily distracted looking out of my window, at the room around me and glancing at down my phone

I find it difficult to remember something without linking it to a visual image inside of my head

I prefer letting my work speak for me and find it difficult to present my work to a large group

I am easily distracted by noises around me so I need music to separate myself from my surroundings and focus on what I am looking at
