Through my soles

Page 1

For many years before the use of footwear due to the contant contact with the ground, our feet were our primary information receptor before our eyes .

Through my soles is a texture informed story of locations i would frequent in the summer holiday .

Monson Park

Park was the nucleus, Most days this was our general chill spot, We could always find each other here.

Avonley

The venue for run-outs (team tag), Where we would play untill sunset ...Or untill we were kicked out by residents.

The Fields + Back Gates

The fields acted as our unofficial home ground, for New Cross v New Cross Gate footbal matches. Black Gates acted as the gateway to our area, where we would meet before going on outer area adventures.

Circle

We rode bikes round for hours upon hours, Imagining we were in an olympic veledrome. Three laps then first to hit the bumps wins.
