Kim Kardashian, who’d been calling Taylor Swift a liar for weeks, released video proof on Snapchat revealing that the pop star had – despite her camp’s repeated denials – approved the majority of the controversial Famous lyrics Kanye West wrote about her, just as he’d long claimed, during a January 2016 phone call with the rapper. Within hours, Hollywood friends took sides, disappointed fans attacked and #KimExposedTaylor trended on social media after Kim, 36, called out Taylor for always wanting to ‘play the victim’. An insider reveals, ‘Taylor hasn’t forgotten how hard Kim and Kanye tried to humiliate her last summer.’ Now it’s payback time. In the wake of Kim’s jewellery heist in October, Kanye’s mental breakdown in November and ongoing rumblings of marital trouble between the stars, ‘Taylor has been laying low,’ says the mole. ‘But all that’s about to change. heir romance has been a slow burn, with nothing to substantiate whispers that Brad Pitt and Kate Hudson have been getting friendly – until now! Just as we were about to lose hope that the hot new couple would ever give us some concrete evidence of their relationship, they go and prove us wrong – and at the Golden Globe Awards, no less! ‘They’ve been secretly meeting up since they got together two months ago,’ says an insider, who kept quiet about the romance until the Allied star’s messy divorce from Angelina, 41, became more amicable. ‘As he gets closer to actually cutting the cord with Ange, Brad will have even more time to spend with Kate.’ While the pair were careful not to arrive at The Beverly Hilton together on January 8, or chat during the Globes ceremony, we now know that they ended the evening in the same vehicle. Brad, 53, skipped the afterparties entirely, leaving the venue by chauffeurdriven car. Not long afterwards, following an ‘intimate’ conversation with his agent Bryan Lourd, Kate, 37, was seen making an early exit from an afterparty at the Sunset Tower Hotel in the same car – reportedly for a late-night rendezvous with her leading man. The stress associated with splitting from Brad and her subsequent dive in popularity has also caused Ange’s weight to plummet, with friends estimating the 169cm star weighs just 40kg. ‘She’s so frail. espite Angelina Jolie’s campaign to paint her estranged husband Brad Pitt as a bad father and get sole custody of their six children, he’s come out on top. In the most dramatic development yet in their four-month divorce war, Angie is being forced to hand over the kids to Brad. ‘Up until now, Angelina has played games by suddenly cancelling visits and making it difficult for him to see them,’ an insider tells OK!. ‘But Brad is going to get his visitation much more regularly now. She has lost in the court of public opinion and will have to hand over the kids to him and stop playing games.’ The group of therapists who have been treating Brad, 53, and the Jolie-Pitt kids are busily preparing a report on their findings to send to a judge – and Angelina, 41, won’t like their assessment. ‘The report will describe Brad as a loving, devoted father, deeply impacted, emotionally, by the events of the past four or five months,’ reveals the insider. ‘It will encourage both parents to try to overcome Angie’s “bitter hostility” aimed at Brad, and to parent the kids together.’ The report contains another bombshell: while the therapists found Brad to be a devoted dad, they were critical of Angelina’s freewheeling parenting style. ‘The therapists want Angie to take a parenting class because she doesn’t grasp that the kids need a stable home environment and shouldn’t be moved all over the world because of her work,’ reveals the source. The therapists also have concerns that Angie ‘was engaging in parental alienation tactics’, or the psychological manipulation of a child into showing unwarranted fear, disrespect or hostility toward a parent.
ELINA HANDS R THE KIDS agreed to Brad’s request to seal the case – a ‘huge victory for Brad and a tremendous loss for her and her strategy of smearing him’, says the insider. ‘He has always acted in the best interest of the children, volunteering to take drug and alcohol tests – and passing them – agreeing to supervised visits, while people close to her continued to say he was an abusive father. Even after the Department of Children & Family Services and the FBI cleared him, her team acted as if the fact that he was investigated was proof he did something wrong.’ But the battle is far from over. Angelina is refusing to sign a new temporary custody agreement that would broaden Brad’s visitation rights. ‘Brad and Angie had been abiding by terms of a short-term custody agreement in which Angie retained sole

I would ask Angelina to let me speak with her. I do not think it is too much to ask.’

icole Kidman has a serious case of baby fever – and she doesn’t care who knows it. ‘It makes me sad that my girls are getting bigger now,’ she recently spilled, speaking about her two youngest daughters. ‘The best thing is to always have a baby in the house… And we don’t have a baby in the house.’ It’s comments like this that have everyone convinced there’s another tot on the way. ‘Keith and I would love to have more babies,’ Nic confirmed earlier this month. ‘I would be beyond happy and just welcome it with open arms.’ Keith’s keen to bring a new little life into their household, too. Describing parenthood as ‘pure bliss’, the singer says their daughters, Sunday, eight, and Faith, six, have filled his life with joy. ‘When I’m home, I just love waking them up in the morning and taking them up to bed at night,’ he says. ‘It’s a beautiful thing.’ At 49 year of age, Nicole has been trying – unsuccessfully – for another baby for years, but admits she still has ‘the faintest hope that something may happen this year’. ‘My grandmother gave birth to my mother at 49,’ the Lion actress explains. And although she sadly concedes, ‘I think I’m past that point now’, rumours are bubbling away that the pair have already taken steps to make their parenting dreams come true via surrogacy. Describing her pregnancy as ‘the miracle’ of her life, Nicole has spoken openly about her heartbreaking struggles with fertility during her marriage to Tom Cruise. ‘Anyone that’s been in the place of wantingg another child or wanting a child knows the disappointment, the pain and the loss that you go through trying and struggling with fertility,’ the Oscar winner reveals. ‘I’ve had an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriages and I’ve had fertility treatments.’ Nicole is just one name on a growing list of stars who have had children later in life. The actress was heartened when she learnt that Aussie TV host Sonia Kruger had fallen pregnant at 49 with the help of an egg donor. ‘That’s incredible,’ Nicole says. ‘What a fabulous thing.’ And while she’s obviously a fierce advocate for surrogacy, the Aussie actress says she’s open to mothering in its many guises. ‘Children are the joy of my life,’ she says. ‘I’m one of the few people in the world who has experienced so many different forms of [becoming a mother]. But I haven’t… been a foster mother and I’m very interested in that.’ Of her two gorgeous girls with hubby Keith, Nic says, ‘I have two little alphas… Great leaders.’ But to make her happiness truly complete, the homegrown star is also intent on rebuilding her rocky relationships with her adopted children from her first marriage – Bella, 24, and Connor, 22. Estranged from them following her 2001 divorce from Tom, Nicole admits she was devastated when her adult children stopped calling her ‘Mum’. But that’s now all in the past, says Connor. ‘Me and Mum are solid,’ he confirms. ‘I love her a lot.’ For Nicole, her children are her children – no matter how they came into her life. ‘As soon as that bond is formed, that’s it,’ she says of her non-biological babies. ‘You know that feeling of you would die for that child.’

‘There were no glitches; it was the perfect day,’ tells Nick

ndless blue skies and sunshine set the tone as Australian Survivor’s Nick Iadanza married his gorgeous bride Christine Cirillo on January 21. After postponing their nuptials so that Nick could fulfil his dream of becoming a castaway – ‘We were meant to get married last July, but I was sitting out on the beach out in Samoa,’ laughs Nick – the long-time friends-turned-sweethearts tied the knot in front of 250 guests at Adelaide’s picturesque Sunnybrae Estate, with the reception following. ‘The day was just perfect,’ shares Nick, 28. ‘There was just this outpouring of love, not just from us but from everyone.’ He and Christine, 29, met at university while studying for a teaching degree, but it wasn’t until seven years later that they started dating. Congrats, guys! How are you feeling? Christine: Relieved! The day was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. How were your nerves on the day? Christine: They were OK; I was just so excited to get there I don’t think that I slept at all the night before. Nick: I was the opposite. I was raring to go. The only time I did get a little nervous was when I was standing waiting at the end of the aisle for Christine. Christine, did you keep him waiting long? I was about 10 minutes late. We went to the wrong entrance and I was scared everyone would see us driving off and think ‘runaway bride’. [Laughs] Nick: I’d got there early because I wanted to have enough time for the Kombi to stop at the cemetery where my mum is buried, so I could place flowers and just have a quiet moment to myself, which was nice. Did you write your own vows? Christine: We did. Nick: I made all my nice promises, but I had to slip in there that I promise not to leave the same skid mark in the toilet bowl every day, day in and day out. [Laughs]

ith Suits returning from its mid-season break on Australian TV screens on January 26, fans are dying to know, will Jessica come back? Will Mike marry Rachel? And will she lose credibility for the sins of her fiancé? While the cast remain tight-lipped about the fate of Harvey Specter and his gang of New York legal eagles, Gabriel Macht, 45, who plays the suave attorney, and 35-year-old Patrick J Adams, who stars as Mike Ross, spill on their off-screen bromance, the couple fans are gunning for – and of course, the fate of Suits.
When are Harvey and Donna [played by Sarah Rafferty] going to get together? Gabriel: You know, the audience has so many ideas about what should happen between the two of them. I have always felt and I think I have always been articulate in saying that I don’t think that they’re right for each other. I think that they are perfect for each other in the business sense and I think they have a strong love for each other, but I’m not sure that they are in love with each other. I also think that as soon as characters that we long for connect and we see them together, very often the interest starts waning. I would actually never like to see them together. Gasp! We’ll have to agree to disagree on that one. So, you guys get to wear a lot of great suits on a daily basis, particularly Harvey… Gabriel: Well, I can tell you that every suit he wears is a Tom Ford suit. He’s a man of style! Are you partial to a Tom Ford suit yourself, Gabriel? I like to go under the radar. I’m not as slick… Normally, you see me in Birkenstocks and board shorts and
Patrick, you were dressed in prison garb for quite a while there. How did it feel to be back in a suit? It was strange to be putting on a suit again. It had been a while. What was also weird is it’s not the same Mike anymore. It’s like coming at it from a new angle. Mike doesn’t hold on to any of this shame or this secret anymore, you know? He’s free of it. He’s done his time. He’s out, so there’s something, there’s a sort of renewed confidence, a renewed maturity to him. It just made me really excited to see who this guy is going to become now that he can finally shake off the weight of this secret he’s been carrying around for so long. Now that Mike is out of jail, can you tell us what’s next for him? I think for Mike, it’s a struggle of where he wants to end up. He obviously would love to work with Harvey again, but doing so as lawyer is going to be difficult, so maybe there’s another capacity in which he can do it. But at the same time, in his closing statements last year at his own trial, he made it very clear that he wasn’t interested in wasting his talent anymore just fighting for the one per cent… I think that push and pull of who he wants to be and how he wants to do it is going to become the next big conversation of the show and [we’ll] see how that gets put back together again.
When asked what he loves about Jacinda Barrett, his Aussie wife of 12 years, Gabriel tells OK!, ‘You know what? Most Aussies are fruity salts of the Earth. They speak truthfully, directly. I just like their honesty… Look, I think she’s the real deal.’
Gabriel, when you started out playing high-flying lawyer Harvey in 2011, we hear you didn’t need to do too much research to prep for the role. How so? I have a family full of lawyers. My sister [Julie] was a District Attorney in the Bronx, my cousin is a lawyer, my aunt is a lawyer, my grandfather was a judge and one of my closest friends was a much nicer version of Harvey in LA, before becoming an advisor to Jerry or of California.

Gabriel: Yes and no, not really. It’s where I work. I love my crew, they’ve become a second family to me, but when I’m not working there I’m flying back home, home to be with my family, so I’m really there to work. Patrick: It’s nice to have everybody in the city because we all feel very far from home a lot of the time, even me because my whole life is in LA. We can band together and look out for each other, which is great. With loved ones back in LA, having a good mate by your side must be great for both of you… Patrick: We never intended for a bromance to happen. That was all a by-product of us wanting to be comfortable with each other and to be able to play with each other. The ladies go crazy for both of you guys. Anyone care to comment? Gabriel: Oh my God, [Patrick] is the most handsome co-star I have ever worked with. He is way more rugged than Colin Farrell. He is way more intelligent than Owen Wilson. So that’s why you and Sarah have such great on-screen chemistry?! Gabriel: We are really, really, really close friends. We’ve been to each other’s weddings. It is very hard to act with one of your best pals. But with that said, it’s a lot of fun. We constantly say to each other, ‘Don’t make me laugh, don’t make me laugh, stop, stop, don’t, stop.’ It’s very hard. Gabriel, do your children [Satine, nine, and Luca, two] visit you on the set? Yeah, I take them to the set. My daughter is, you know, what’s it called? She’s sort of like a volunteer. When she’s on set she watches what each department does and works with a department for the day. She’s gone with the caterers. She’s done things like that so she can learn a little bit along the way [about] what people do in life. These days, you both not only star in the show, but also direct episodes… Patrick: Yeah, the both of us directing has sealed the brotherhood more than anything ever has. We both took the opportunity really seriously and right from the start, we just made this pact that we’ve got each other’s backs. Sometimes you can disagree with a director, but we just agreed to go with it and if something didn’t work, we promised to let each other know. It’s been the best part of us working together, having each other’s backs like that. So, has the seven-year itch set in? Do you see yourselves playing these characters beyond the next season? Patrick: The itch is alive and well; it’s normal to have that. I don’t think for actors it’s a totally normal thing to play a character this long. I love this show, I love the character and I would love to see what would happen. But everything to me is dependent on the story… I also never want to overstay a welcome, I don’t want to fade out and have people stop watching before it ends. I believe in picking a strong ending.

ilary Duff may have raised a few hopes among the male population when she recently revealed that she’d split from her boyfriend Jason Walsh. ‘Bros, good news: your dream girl Hilary Duff is now single again!!!!’ the website BroBible announced to the joy of many men the world over. But they may be set for disappointment, because Hilary is already off the market again! The actress has started the new year with a new love interest, after being spotted smooching music producer Matthew Koma on January 14. And if her dating mantra is anything to go by, she’s done for 2017! ‘I meet, like, one person a year that I’m maybe attracted to,’ the 29-yearold explains. ‘I’ve never been a good dater.’ Here, the former child star talks life as a solo mum, her approach to co-parenting, and truly coming into her own as she heads towards 30.
GOING IT ALONE
She may be freshly loved-up, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be happy on her own. ‘I never want to be that girl who’s desperate to find a mate,’ Hilary adds. ‘I think I’m a pretty confident person.’ And one thing’s for sure – there’s been plenty to keep her busy, even before she threw a new beau into the mix!
An actress, musician and mum to four-yearold son Luca, Hilary is certainly being kept on her toes. Her hit TV series Younger is returning for a fourth season in 2017, with plenty of new fans continuing to catch on to the critically acclaimed comedy through word of mouth – despite Hils and the crew not being certain it would even take off when it first started. ‘I think we’re so lucky,’ Hilary says. ‘The first season we were like, “Did anybody see our show? Are we going to make it?” And then it sort of caught on like wildfire.’ The show stars Sutton Foster as a 40-yearold divorcée who pretends to be 26 to get a job, with Hilary playing her 27-year-old colleague. But in real life, Hilary’s been going on her own path of self-discovery ever since divorcing Luca’s dad Mike Comrie, 36, in 2014. ‘Mike and I were very in love when we met,’ she explains. ‘We both really wanted to get married. I’d been working since the age of 11 or 12, so making that choice at a young age seemed right for me. Maybe it wasn’t, but we spent the majority of our time together really happy.’ Hilary was just 13 when she scored the lead role in Disney TV series Lizzie McGuire. Before long, her face adorned countless T-shirts, pillowcases and pencil cases, paving the way for

HER BIG START It’s hard to believe it’s been 16 years since Lizzie McGuire hit our screens. So does Hilary keep in touch with her old castmates? ‘Not too long ago I ran into Lalaine, who played Miranda, and Jake [Thomas], who played my little brother, at a bowling alley. It was awesome.’
‘I don’t feel the need to get married again,’ Hilary admits. ‘I got to have the experience and it was awesome’
While her marriage to Mike may not have lasted, it did bring the pair their greatest joy: their son Luca. Even so, the mummy shaming reared its ugly head – and was hard to take. ‘I feel like I was judged for having a baby too soon, and getting married too soon and now pigeonholed for being a mum,’ Hilary reveals. However, the feisty beauty adds, ‘I wouldn’t change any of it for the world.’ Hilary’s face lights up when she talks about Luca. ‘He’s the sweetest little spirit and we have so much fun. In bed at night, reading books, all the simple things are really the ones I cherish the most,’ she smiles. Mike also remains a big part of Hilary and Luca’s life; so much so that fans have wondered if they’re on track for a reconciliation. But Hilary has put those whispers to bed, confirming that the pair have definitely gone their separate ways, although they’ll always be close. ‘We’re a family, and we’re always going to be a family,’ says Hilary. ‘Mike’s amazing. We’re so ingrained in each other’s lives. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to co-parent with. We are really good friends and care a lot about each other.’

In fact, their unit is so close, Hilary initially resisted when producer Darren Star offered her the role in Younger, because it meant moving from LA to New York for four months a year. ‘I didn’t think I could do it,’ the star reveals, admitting she was still coming to terms with the split at the time. ‘I was in a funky place.’
MOVING FORWARD
It was another phone call from Darren that finally changed her mind. ‘I couldn’t really turn it down,’ explains Hilary, who was especially drawn to her character, Kelsey. ‘[She] is grown-up, but makes a shit-ton of mistakes, which I loved. I didn’t get to make many mistakes publicly in my life. I was always concerned with what people think.’ But if playing Kelsey has allowed her to catch up on missed experiences, Hilary has also made up for lost time. She even tried her hand at dating app Tinder before new beau Matthew, 29, came long! ‘No-one thought I was really on it – and I was really on it!’ she shares. While it didn’t last long, Hilary was glad to just be another single doing some mingling. ‘It was really fun for a minute; I wanted to

Your parents may have told you cheese gives you nightmares, but mozzarella can actually help you sleep! That’s because it contains the amino acid tryptophan, which your body converts to melatonin. ‘This is the hormone that’s released at night to make you sleepy,’ nutritionist Cassandra Barns explains. Other foods with lots of tryptophan include chicken and pumpkin seeds, while slow-releasing carbs (think oats and sweet potato) help you to stay awake during the day, says fellow nutritionist Marilyn Glenville.

PEKING DUCK SANG CHOY BOW INGREDIENTS
•2 tbsp vegetable oil •100g fresh shiitake
mushrooms, finely chopped •1 eschalot, finely sliced •1 garlic clove, crushed •1 Peking roast duck, flesh finely chopped •227g can water chestnuts, finely chopped •1 carrot, cut into matchstick-sized pieces •2 tbsp Shaoxing wine •1⁄4 cup hoisin sauce •2 tbsp light soy sauce •100g snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways •1 cup bean sprouts •8-12 iceberg lettuce cups, trimmed
METHOD 1 In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil until very hot. Stir-fry mushrooms, eschalot and garlic for 1 minute. Add duck, water chestnuts and carrot. Stir-fry a further 1 minute. 2 Add wine to wok to deglaze. Add sauces and bring to simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. 3 Remove from heat. Toss snow peas and bean sprouts through. Serve in lettuce cups.
TIP
For a garnish, reserve some of the duck skin and roast in a moderate oven, 180°C, 5-10 minutes until crisp. Thinly slice and scatter.
DEEP-FRIED ICE-CREAM BALLS INGREDIENTS
•500ml vanilla ice-cream •2 eggs •1⁄2 cup plain flour, sifted •1⁄3 cup milk •1 tbsp sugar •150g digestive biscuits,
finely crushed •2⁄3 cup panko breadcrumbs •1⁄2 cup desiccated coconut •Vegetable oil for deep frying •Fresh fruits of choice, to serve
METHOD 1 Line a tray with baking paper and place in freezer until cold. Using a large ice-cream scoop, make 6 large, round scoops and place on tray in freezer. Freeze at least 30 minutes until very firm. 2 In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, flour, milk
and sugar together, until smooth. In a large bowl, combine biscuits, panko breadcrumbs and coconut. 3 Working quickly, coat ice-cream balls in batter, then roll in crumbs. Return to freezer for 30 minutes until firm. Repeat with a second layer of batter and crumb mixture, ensuring balls are completely coated in crumbs. Return to freezer for 1 hour or overnight, until very firm. 4 When ready to cook, heat oil in a wok or large saucepan, on medium, until a few breadcrumbs sizzle as soon as they are added (160°C). Fry ice-cream balls in 2 batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Serve straight away with fruits.
TIP
Check your wok is hot enough to start cooking by looking for a shimmering pattern on the oil’s surface. Always reheat your wok between batches to prevent stewing.

STIR-FRIED SCALLOPS WITH GREEN VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS

halved horizontally •1 medium red onion, sliced •1 garlic clove, crushed •2cm piece ginger, sliced •1 long red chilli, finely sliced •1 bunch broccolini, sliced •1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, sliced •100g snow peas, trimmed •2 tbsp oyster sauce •1 tbsp light soy sauce •1 tsp sugar
1 Heat half of the oil in a wok or large frying pan (see tip). Add scallops and season with salt. Cook for 30 seconds each side then remove to plate. 2 Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilli for 30 seconds. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute. 3 Mix in sauces and sugar then stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until bubbling. Return scallops to wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Serve.

Being dubbed the ‘angry, angry man’ on national TV mightn’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but Queensland Uber driver Tyson, 26, isn’t fazed by it. ‘My brothers and sisters have been calling me that for a fairly long time,’ he tells OK!. ‘I do have a tendency to get frustrated at certain little things easily.’ Tyson and sister, Amy, 29, who works in HR, predicted they’d be the ‘villains’ of the show. ‘With my seriousness and Amy’s dry sense of humour and honesty, I think we knew,’ he says.

‘Being away from the kids was a bit of a shock,’ reveals Tasmanian social worker Caz, who has two little ones with her sparky hubby Damo. You’ve been taking on more dramatic roles of late – are you feeling more challenged? I don’t think looking glamorous has ever been a consideration to me. It took me a while to be seen as a serious actress. How’s the big move to New York going so far? I find New York, at the moment, a little bit more inspiring.
