I (Client’s Name) ___________________________________hereafter referred to as CLIENT, enters into the following agreement with Sean Alonso / 1Shot Photography, hereafter referred to as 1Shot Photography. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and will apply to all future transactions. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: A 30% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Remaining balance is due the day of the shoot. [Deposit Amount: $ 90.00] Client must deliver full payment within 15 days of the shoot date. A $45.00 re-billing fee and 2% service charge will be added to any unpaid balances 16 days from the shoot date and at the end of every 7 day period their after.

Adjustments of these terms must be requested in advance of work completed by 1Shot Photography for the client.

Failure to pay within 60 days of Original Invoice date will result in submission to Small Claims Court and opening of case with BBB (Better Business Bureau).

ESTIMATES: All expense estimates made by 1Shot Photography are subject to vary by as much as 15%.

CANCELLATION: Client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred during the commission up to the time of cancellation, plus 50% of creative fee. If notice of cancellation is given less than five business days before shoot date, Client will be charged 100% of the creative fee. Photographer shall be indemnified against any claims stemming from cancellations at any time due to his or her health.

PROOFS / DELIVERY: Online Proofing for 1 month at 1shot-photo.com, Proofs will be online within 7 days of shoot date, all Hi-Res. Images sent via "youSENDit". Hi-Res Images are due 2 weeks after shoot date. Any postproduction may take up to 21 days, or one week for 5-10 Images.
