1st Contact began its life in 1996, with a dream to build a fiercely customer-focused business offering a range of services to the mobile professional in the UK, particularly those from Australasia and South Africa. It has now mushroomed into a multi-national operation: 3 offices (in London, Melbourne and Cape Town), 250 staff, 300000 current clients, and annual sales in excess of £40 million. This phenomenal growth has been driven by two simple principles: a) internally, an obsession with employing only the very best staff and, b) externally, a deep hunger to provide an heroic customer service experience. We recognise that every single client has a choice of provider, and we are intensely proud of the fact that over 65% of our new business comes from Word-of-Mouth referrals from existing clients. We are eternally grateful to every single one of our clients, who have chosen to rely on our advice and service, and who continue to be ambassadors of our company and of our dream.
