the shop is a throughput of visitors

in the new situation, visitors of the Vrijbuiter will visit the garden and vice versa

at the moment, all energy used to heat up and light the building is lost because of the poor insulation, the gas bill is high

the shop will be heated by biogas and rest heat from Steenland Chocolate. the heat-energy has a second use in the garden, and has a much smaller loss because of the insulation capabilities of EFTE.

Water that condensates on the EFTE cushions will move to its lowest point, where it will drop into the roof construction which doubles as a drain.
