We're honored to have been on this journey with you as you navigated high school, explored your college and career ambitions, and discovered your leadership potential.

We hope you have found your 21st Century Leaders experience a fulfilling one as you connected with hundreds of passionate professionals and motivated peers, transformed your leadership skills, and felt inspired to give back to your community, and follow a pathway towards success. We know the Covid-19 pandemic halted the end of your senior year and has created challenges and disappointment for many of you. However, that does not and will not diminish what you have accomplished here.

Don't let this define your experience. Instead, feel proud about what you've achieved and what you will go on to achieve. If there is anything we have learned during this time, it's that we need more compassionate, diverse leaders in this world. 21st Century Leaders are those type of leaders. We hope you can hold on to those 21st Century Leaders' core values you've been taught of being passionate, resourceful, forward-thinking, one who leverages diversity, and above all else service oriented. Always remember that "leadership is never about you, it's about all those around you." As someone who is interested in the industry and loves teaching others about my culture, I plan on having a remarkable chain of restaurants when I get the opportunity. Favorite 21CL Memory: I have many great memories of 21CL but the one that stands out is during Earthcare 2018 when my group and I did the ropes course challenge; we were able to connect, learn more about each other and bond closely because of the activities that were planned. Not to mention that this organization is also the reason I enjoy public speaking. I remember in April of 2018 at the summer orientation each student had to introduce themselves. I was nervous and when my turn came, I was feeling anxious speaking in front of the 200+ students who were accepted in the summer institutes. Since then I have gone from hoping I wouldn't have to introduce myself to wanting to be the first student to speak .
