ALEX BEJARANO Alex Bejarano was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, amidst one of his parents’ many moves between the U.S. and Bogotá, Colombia.
During his
childhood, they eventually settled in the small town of Texarkana, Texas, a place Alex called home until a final move to San José, Costa Rica was on the books. Alex finished up his studies and graduated from Latina University with
a degree in Business
Administration, before relocating to the beautiful beach town of Tamarindo in 2007, where he seeked to pursue a career in real estate. He began working
as a sales agent before
becoming a sales executive for The Palms Private Villas, where he was partnered with Todd Cutter and the 2CRRE team. Alex eventually took a break from real estate to work in the non-profit field, a time where he oversaw the Latin American operations of Planet Water Foundation, an organization dedicated to abolishing water poverty. He was also the director of a local charity called Costa Rica Makes Me Happy which converts plastic into cinder blocks to build homes for those without a roof. A constant throughout Alex’s business career has been his involvement with his local church of Iglesia Casa Vida, where he currently serves as one of the pastors on staff. Alex is married to his beautiful wife, Terri Lynn, and has had the joy of raising their three children alongside her. As showcased by his business and personal trajectory, serving has always been one of Alex’s greatest passions in life. In this new stage with 2CRRE, he wishes to make use of his 15 years of local knowledge and multi-cultural experience to serve his clients in the best way possible.
