This education continues, and this past month, company broker/owner Todd Cutter and Santa Teresa agents Sarah Williams and Andrea Bissinger represented the firm at the Spring Retreat for The Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate in Laguna Niguel. Much of the discussion resolved around the current market conditions, unprecedented inventory channels, and of course, how to better service our clients under such conditions.These opportunities to bring your local agent to a global scale and network are just part of our commitment to excellence and service for each of you as our valued clients. While we continue to focus on insuring the excellence of our current team, we have been overwhelmed with interest in areas of Costa Rica where our network has been looking to our firm for guidance and professional service. After many years of seeking the right professional, we are proud to announce that Alex Bejarano, long time friend and colleague of the company, will be joining to company to service the Tamarindo, Hacienda Pinilla and surrounding areas. Alex’s onboarding highlights a period of growth across the company now servicing the western suburbs of Escazu and Santa Ana, Jaco/Los Suenos, Manuel Antonio, Dominical, Santa Teresa, Tamarindo and the area of Playas del Coco.
