NAZIR RESIDENCE | PATLA P- 04 MASSING STRATEGY LOGICAL REASONING

• Massing has to be kept in a descending order towards the main road. • The access road opens up into the site sudeenly from a narrow canopy of green and it has good sense of approach and wonder which we should retain. • The descending mass also helps in getting a good view towards the paddy field even from the rear side programs. PS: THE CONTEXT IS OF A RURAL BEHAVIOUR. PURE CONTEMPORARY WILL LOOK OUT OF PLACE.

design development and consulatant inputs for preliminary tender -in 60 days from the approval mail from the client

contractor selection - in 15 days after the tender being announced

release of the first set of drawings + reference drawing - in 7 days after the finalisation of the contractor

project intiation on site - in 7 days after the drawings being released to the contractor

project progress according to the agreed time schedule with the contractor and client together _ 18-24 months tentative
