Weekly report & newsletter
BUCKETS OF KNOWLEDGE Landlord and Tenant Within our team, we deal with many tenancy issues, including rent reviews, notice to quit and succession, which is an extremely complicated process. If you are a landlord or a tenant and have any concerns with regards to your tenancy please do not hesitate to contact the office.
Utility Companies Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of utility companies such as National Grid (gas and electric), UU and BT wanting access to land. It is important that proper terms are agreed beforehand and so, if you have been approached by any companies and have any concerns, please let us know. Usually, our fees are paid by the acquiring authority
Environmental Stewardship Our team is busy with ELS and HLS schemes at present. With a variety of options to suit all land and farming practices if you are interested in putting your farm in a scheme or if you are in an existing scheme which is due for renewal and you would like us to help please just ring the office.
