I have been exercising recently to lose weight. It is a good choice to exercise outdoors, but the friends around me do not exercise regularly. Besides being busy, the bigger reason is laziness and inability to persist.
Universality I realize that this problem does not only exist in my circle. Chinese young people generally lack exercise. When they finally began to exercise despite all the objective factors, but were unable to persevere or obtain happiness for various reasons, even if it’s really benefits.

“I thought that Shanghai would be a very prosperous metropolis, which brought me a lot of surprises, but the reality is actually quite ordinary. Because I feel that no one is with me, I have a cat. I think this brings me a lot of comfort, because you know that after work, someone is waiting for you at home and you are needed.”
Goals I hope I can feel needed in a strange city. I hope I can make friends without spending too much energy. I don’t want to be like a passenger, I hope to leave more memories of myself in this city. Frustrations Social circle is too small but can’t find a way, and fear to work hard. No one to accompany me to find a fun place.
“I feel that I don't want to fit into this place, because I feel that I don't belong here. In this city, most of the people around you have their own families to take care of, and their life trajectories rarely overlap, so there are fewer topics to talk about. It would be great if I could recreate the same experience with new friends as I did when I was a student.”

I just wanna vent my anger!!
I don’t wanna change my words
Sherry learned of a celebrity's gossip when discussing with a friend
Joe Joe is a fan of celebrities. He saw this post and was very angry and wanted to scold Sherry back.
She posted her thoughts on the Internet. The system detected that her remarks may cause online violence, and prompted her
The system detects that his behavior may have a bad influence on other people and prompts him, but he does not decide to modify it
sherry saw the remarks scolding her report the abuser to the system. The system shared this conversation with others and let them supervise
This person is too mean, I have to report him

Mass users saw this online violence, and they all gave joe low scores, and quickly get feedback about their behaviours.
Because mass users actively participate in monitoring behaviors, their scores and weights increase. They can exchange points for some offline offers
When I want post something, it just shows like this.
But joe is restricted from speaking on all social platforms due to frequent bad online behaviors
Behavior reports generated based on user behavior will be fed back to users and let them share with their friends.

A friend of mine told me that he finds it more and more difficult for him to hear different types of music on music APP, or to see news with different views on news platforms. I realize that this is not an exception, and there are not many people like him who realize that they are in trouble.
BACKGROUND What is
INFORMATION COCOON
INFORMATION COCOON
Personal bias
Information blocking
Some people may further escape the contradictions in society and become isolated from the world.
Long-term excessive self-selection, losing the ability to understand different things and contact opportunities.
Network group polarization
Loss of social stickiness
Various social groups will split. Such a narrow mindset will bring misunderstandings and prejudices.
People cannot share information, and groups that lack cohesion are always indifferent.
The information field that people pay attention to will be habitually guided by their own interests, thus shackling their lives in a "cocoon room" like a silkworm cocoon.
BUT the misunderstanding... Even if the explosion of information and rampant algorithms are the reasons for the formation of the information cocoon, we cannot simply deny its positive effects. large scale of informations

What do people think of an information cocoon room?
Basic Info
“Being stuck in the information cocoon room means being stuck in the Internet. I think it’s all brought about by the Internet.”
Basic Info
Have you tried breaking the cocoon room?
Age: 18 Gender: male College students
I will get news from multiple platforms, or consult professional literature.
Feelings
Feiyu
Impetuous, short-lived and illusory happiness
In cocoon? Why Yes. I found that the information I obtained was too in line with my perception of the world
“Reading the news always meets the same point of view, afraid that I will become extreme because of it”
Age: 22 Gender: male Pilot
Feelings
What do you think cocoon looks like? The color impact is strong and the information is complex, which makes people very upset after reading it
Have you tried breaking the cocoon room?
Sometimes I enjoy watching only what I want to watch, but sometimes I get very upset and bored.
I will constantly look at things that I am not interested in, or like posts that I don’t usually like
“My music APP always recommends that specific types of song, and I'm tired of listening to it”
What do you think the information cocoon room looks like? A white house without windows and doors. The people trapped inside are very anxious
MIND MAP
Basic Info
Feelings
In cocoon? Why
Age: 22 Gender: female Assistant Physician
Very helpless, but I don’t know what to do to break the status quo, and I don’t want to spend time slowly looking for other content.
Yes. When I find something I like, I rely on them so much that I don’t want to spend time exploring new things.
What do you think cocoon looks like? I feel that people should be rich and composed of different content, but I can only see the same thing, forming a monotonous self.
Jiaxing
What can I do? Remind people to avoid the emergence of information cocoon rooms by constantly getting involved in areas that they are not so interested in. At the same time, realize that the advantages of algorithms outweigh the disadvantages in the era of big data, instead of blindly belittling new technologies.

I have summarized 4 characteristics that are in line with user preferences and cognition.
TIMELY People interact with it in real time, which can increase the sense of experience
Cooperate with the movement of the body, make people immerse in it
4
As it moves, the balls increase
VISUAL Through the change of visual effects, let people more intuitive questions will change to interactive changes
Shake head quickly
EXPLORE
1 BODY MOVING
I decompose the process of users using Internet products into four steps, and use some small balls to abstract expressions.
Shake head quickly
Try to discover more new things by yourself, the system will surprise you
The colored balls gradually fade to white
Stay still for a while
3
Spontaneous appearance of a small number of colored balls
SERENDIPITY Don't worry, the algorithm will help you at this time
Not moving for a long time
AMUSING Gain fun in the abstract interaction of different steps Stay still for a while
There is nothing more appropriate than using to do an interactive programming

If face moved by 50 pixels, it becomes State 2, reset timer. When State 2, add some balls at intervals, the total number does not exceed 50

Stay still for a while...
If the timer exceeds 400, it becomes State 4. When State 4 and no new balls have been added, add 3 colored balls Stay still for a longtime...
