SITE
ANALYSIS:OBSTRUCTION The river is blocked by road. Road obstructs people to walk along river. Hongkou harbor had been industrialized areas who rely on water transport and the development of a wealth of storage industry. When the time is past,it is not the economic center.The bridge also change the way of traffic. To re-activate this area, we must improve riparian environment.We watch the large-scale bridge barrier people flow in the river bank.
虹口港曾為上海工業發達地區，依靠 水運流通貨物與人流，同時也發展相 當豐富的倉儲業，不過隨著時間的流 動，虹口港不再是經濟的中心，大尺 度的陸橋也改變交通的方式，河岸架 起高大的堤防疏遠人與水的關係 為了重新活化這個區域，必須改善河 岸的環境，在我們的觀察中大尺度的 陸橋阻隔人在河岸的流動

ANALYSIS:RESOURSE
The site is a part of old town , but there are traffic resources include MRT , bus to connect tourist area(Shanghai Bund , old millfun1933) . We want to put into the hotel function.
虹口港鄰近許多旅遊地區:外灘、南京東路、陸家嘴、1933 老廠坊，有豐富的交通資源:地鐵、公車可以抵達這些地方 置入旅館的機能，一來活化舊城區、二來較低的土地成本能 夠減少旅遊的成本

The lack of commercial activity leads to lack of energy. There ia no residents and tourist to the activities of public space, as well as river banks on both sides of the tall embankment into a negative use
基地內缺乏商業活動導致活 力缺乏 而且並沒有提供居民與遊客 活動的公共空間，以及河岸 兩旁高大的堤防變成消極使 用

Establish waterbus and restore water transport function. It can go to another attractions in shanghai from Hongkou harbor. Create a new way to read city.
建立水上巴士站，重新恢復水上運輸的功能， 從基地內的出發繼而串聯其他旅遊景點，提供 另一種新的旅遊方式

BEHAVIOR
ANALYSIS
General tourists only get a attention to famouse attractions , but backpackers maybe roam narrow alleys and notice more local culture. Because of Hongkou historical resource , I selec backpacker as main crowd.
一般遊客的旅遊方式都是在比較 有名的景點往來交通，但背包客 會更傾向於接觸一般居民的生活 場地，了解當地歷史風俗 以虹口港豐富的歷史資源選擇背 包客為主要人群

NEEDS The life needs of Resident such as food, hardware and the life needs of general tourists such as souvenir shops are different. The life needs of backpackers are more similar like residents. According to the schedule, the general tourists are back to the hotel to rest at night. Backpackers play nearby hotel and residesnts walk after dinner. Residents have the possibility to communicate with backpackers. 居民的生活需求像是飲食、五金百貨、小市集，而一般的 旅客需要紀念品商店、大型百貨商場，比較之後背包客與 居民的需求較為貼近 從一日作息表來看在晚上，一般旅客在夜間就是回到旅館 休息，而背包客會在旅館附近遊玩，居民則是外出散步， 所以居民與背包客有交流的可能

DESIGN
By water bus stop, creating riparian space for gathering people . At first, it attracts tourists mainly and then residents will come here,too.Old and new ethnic intersection achieve the purpose of regeneration. [Theatre on the river] create relationships see and been saw. [The cinema underneath the bridge] is not only for traffic,but is also for entertainment.
藉由水上巴士站，創造匯聚人活動的河 岸空間，一開始以吸引觀光客為主，從 而成為當地居民的活動空間，新舊族群 的交集達到再生的目的 河上劇院創造看與被看得關係 橋下電影院讓橋梁更貼近人的生活

彰濱海岸是ICCU認證國際級濕地 不過填海造陸後毀之一炬
汙染
是彰濱工業區最大的問題之一 因為入駐許多玻璃產業、染布業 產生帶有重金屬的汙水，雖然有 設置汙水處理廠，但政府監控不 力導致沿海生態遭到破壞。 因為強力的東北季風，沿岸流由 東北往西南移動，彰濱廢水影響 南邊預定保留的國家級濕地。
閒置
彰濱共有線西、鹿港、崙尾三區 但崙尾地區呈現 0% 使用的嚴重 土地資源浪費
風沙
彰濱工業區當初是由填海造陸形成 導致原本的濕地因突堤效應沙漠化 加上當地強力季風，風沙漫天不適 和人在外活動

復育
首先找出發展濕地的條件，並找出彰濱有的條件 將崙尾區設為基地，因為向東面為靜水域適合紅樹林 的種植，同時發現紅樹林具有淨化重金屬汙水的功能 增添一到防線過濾線西區的汙水
