Simple Recipe for Roast Chicken Drumsticks with Potatoes
Serves 2
6 pieces of drumsticks
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 Rosemary sprigs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 red onions, sliced into 6 pieces lengthwise
500 grams of potatoes, peeled and cut into large chips
1 crumbled chicken cube
Juice of half a lemon, lime, or a splash of white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200° C. 1

Place all the ingredients in a roasting tin, mix well. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour or until cooked, then remove the foil and roast for an additional 20 minutes until the chicken and potatoes have a crunchy color.
