Attention Chilli Enthusiasts: A Quick Recipe for Spiced Sunny Side Up Eggs
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon oil
1 fresh chilli sliced
1 small red onion chopped in small pieces
Small bunch of chopped fresh coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add a tablespoon of oil to a non-stick skillet and crack two eggs into it, cooking over medium heat.
