DARCH is a non-profit organisation working to preserve the historic architecture of Dar es Salaam. We are based in The Old Boma – the oldest surviving building in Dar, where we have a Permanent Exhibition on Dar’s architectural history and host temporary art exhibitions. Visits just to the Old Boma and our Permanent Exhibition are very welcome. We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
