Quick and Simple Tzatziki Recipe
INGREDIENTS 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 medium cucumber, grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess moisture using a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel.
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything well until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, vegetables, or as a sauce for grilled meats.
